Episode 64px]

The camera maneuvers through a thick rainforest to stop in front of an ancient temple.  A giant stone head next to the gate of the temple begins to speak:
"LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE! With your guide, Kirk Fogg! And here he is NOW!"

On this final word, Kirk appears from behind the Temple Guard door in the Dungeon and runs straight out into the foreground of the stage to greet the crowd. "Thank you! Thank you very much! Nice to see you! Nice to see you, Olmec! Welcome to Legends of the Hidden Temple.  The rooms are filled with lost treasures that are protected by mysterious Mayan Temple Guards.  Only Olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple.  Which legend are we gonna hear about today?"

Olmec replies:
"The Legend of the Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp."

"Well, the legend is set," Kirk says in response, "and one of these six teams will have a chance to retrieve that Leather Holster.  Will it be:
"Matt and Kelsey of the Red Jaguars?" the camera pans to each team in order?
"Josh and Lauren of the Blue Barracudas,
"Tony and Olivia of the Green Monkeys,
"Gregory and Lisette of the Orange Iguanas,
"Tyler and Ashley of the Purple Parrots,
"Or Jon and Jessica of the Silver Snakes?"

"They'll have to pass many physical and mental tests," Kirk says, "and in the end, only one team will earn the right to enter Olmec's Temple.  But first, they?ll have to cross the Moat, and here's how they'll have to do it today??
"Oh, the Moat's completely frozen over! So, when I say go, one player from each team will crawl through the holes in those boards lying across the ice there.  When he reaches the other side, then his partner will crawl through the holes to get to the other side."
"As soon as the second player crawls out onto the deck, it's his job to run over here and hit the gong." He slams down on the Red Jaguars' gong to demonstrate. "The first four teams to hit their gongs will be going into the next round.  Are we ready?"
The players all cheer and shout in response.
"Olmec, are you ready?" asks Kirk.
"Rock out!" Olmec replies.
"All right," Kirk says in response. "On your marks, get set, GO!"

Things start off as a place-trading match as the male players on each team launch themselves onto the ice and crawl through the holes in the four partitions in front of them.  Nobody remains in the lead or rear for very long, and all the players make it to the other side within seconds of each other.
?This is gonna be really hard to call!? remarks Kirk as the second players for each team take off.  However, there are noticeable speed differences with the girls, and this decides the outcome of the Moat crossing.  The Red Jaguars, Blue Barracudas and Green Monkeys are still dealing with their second partitions while the other teams? female players are getting through their third.  The girl on the Silver Snakes makes it out first and goes over to hit her team?s gong.
?We got our first team going on to the Steps of Knowledge!? says Kirk. ?We just need three? two more!? The girl on the Orange Iguanas hits her team?s gong during Kirk?s commentary; the Purple Parrots soon join them. ?We still need one more team!? The second players on the Red Jaguars and Green Monkeys get ahead to the fourth partition while the girl on the Blue Barracudas is still getting through the third.  It becomes a race to the finish, but the Red Jaguars beat out the Green Monkeys for the last position.
?And that?s it! We got our four teams!? Kirk announces, and the camera shows him standing in front the Moat with the high-fiving Red Jaguars around their gong. ?The Red Jaguars?? the camera then moves down the line to show each qualifying team? ?the Orange Iguanas? the Purple Parrots? and the Silver Snakes! They?re all going on to the Steps of Knowledge! The Blue Barracudas and the Green Monkeys gave it a great effort too.  We got a nice gift for them and here?s what it is.? Josh, Lauren, Olivia and Tony will each be receiving a copy of Zoom on DVD.

Post by: The Ancient Warrior on August 07, 2009, 08:15:04 PM
The four teams are now at the top of the Steps of Knowledge accompanied by Kirk. "As the quest continues, it's now time for Olmec to tell us about the Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp.  But pay attention, because your knowledge of the Legend could bring you a step closer to the Temple."
Olmec begins to tell the legend:
"The sun was shining overhead and it was high noon in Tombstone, Arizona.  Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday stood on one side of the main street, and Ike Clanton and Billy Claiborne stood on the other.  According to legend, the showdown at the O.K. Corral was about to begin.
" 'So, y?all think ya kin take us on?? Ike boasted. 'We bin hankerin? fer a fight n? ah know ain?t no goody-goody sheriff gonna best us.'
" 'Y?all might wanna rethink that,' Doc replied, reaching for his gun and making the first shot.  Soon enough, the sound of gunshots flooded the air, and the fight had begun.  Ike and Billy both tried to shoot at Doc, but Wyatt dove in the way to shield his partner, and the bullets struck the holster for his gun.
" 'We ain?t lost this ?un yet,' Wyatt declared, shooting down Ike and Billy before they could fire.  The lawmen had defeated the cowboy outlaws, and Wyatt?s bullet-riddled holster eventually made its way to the Temple.  Your quest is to find the Bullet-Riddled Holster of Wyatt Earp and bring it back here."

"Thank you Olmec," Kirk says after Olmec finishes telling the legend. "So tell us, where is this Bullet-Riddled Holster?"
Olmec replies:
"The Bullet-Riddled Holster can be found in the Knights? Barracks." The camera zooms in on the Leather Holster lying on the railing in the Knights? Barracks, then fades back to Kirk.

"Teams," Kirk begins, walking down the steps, "you're standing on the Steps of Knowledge, and in a minute, Olmec will ask you a question.  If you think you know the answer, I want you to stomp down on that ancient marking in front of you.  If you're right, you?ll move down to the next level, but if you're wrong or run out of time, I'll give the other teams a chance.  The first two teams to make it to the bottom level will be one step closer to Olmec's Temple.  Olmec, we?re ready for your first question."

Olmec begins:
?Did the showdown in our legend occur at the: O.K. Corral, All-Right Ranch or Fairl???
Gregory hits the marking first: ?O.K. Corral.?
?Correct,? answers Olmec.
?Nice job, Orange Iguanas, step down,? says Kirk, and the Orange Iguanas move down to the second step. ?Next question.?
Olmec asks:
?Was the O.K. Corral in the town of: Milestone, Cornerstone???
Kelsey rings in: ?Tombstone???
?Red Jaguars, step down!? says Kirk, and the Jaguars move down alongside the Iguanas. ?Olmec, next question.?
Olmec then asks:
?According to the legend, was Wyatt Earp a: Lawman, Outlaw or Cowboy??
After a second, Ashley stomps down first: ?A lawman???
?Purple Parrots, step down!? Kirk shouts out, and the Parrots also walk down onto the second level. ?Silver Snakes can still get into this.  Next question, Olmec.?
Olmec asks:
?Were his opponents in the showdown: Cowboys, Hunters or???
Gregory cuts Olmec off this time: ?Cowboys???
?That is correct,? replies Olmec, and the Orange Iguanas move down to the penultimate level.
?Orange Iguanas now just one step away from the Temple Games,? says Kirk, ?but we?re looking for two teams.  Next question.?
Olmec now asks:
?According to our legend, was the showdown: 1-on-1, 2-on-2 or 3-on-3??
After a second, Matt buzzes in: ?2-on-2???
?That is correct,? Olmec answers.
?Red Jaguars now just one step away from the games,? explains Kirk as the Red Jaguars follow the Orange Iguanas again. ?Olmec, continue.?
Olmec does so by asking:
?Was Wyatt?s partner named: Billie Holiday, Doc Holliday or Dr. Feelgood??
Ashley gongs in: ?Doc Holliday???
?That is correct.?
?It?s all tied up on the second step!? Kirk declares. ?Silver Snakes can still make a comeback.  Next question.?
Olmec continues:
?Is Tombstone in: Texas, California or Arizona??
Lisette hits the marking first: ?Um? Arizona???
?That is correct!? shouts Olmec, and the Orange Iguanas move down to the bottommost step.
?There we got our first team going on to the Temple Games!? Kirk declares. ?We still have room for one more team; will it be the Red Jaguars, Purple Parrots or Silver Snakes? Let?s keep going.?
Olmec asks:
?In our legend, were the first names of Wyatt and Doc?s opponents: Ike and Billy, Jesse and James or???
Ashley buzzes in: ?Ike and Billy???
?That is correct!? yells Olmec, and the Purple Parrots also move down to the bottom step.  Kirk slips in behind the two winning teams as the players begin to congratulate one another.
?We got our two teams right here!? Kirk announces. ?The Orange Iguanas and the Purple Parrots! Red Jaguars, Silver Snakes, you gave it a great effort too.  We got a great gift for you for playing and here?s what it is.?
Dee reads the consolation prize:
?Look at the entertaining fun you?ll have when you strap on Moon Shoes.  Super excitement is yours when you bounce higher than ever! Don?t leave Earth without Moon Shoes, from Big Time Toys!?
The camera cuts back to Kirk with the Orange Iguanas and Purple Parrots at the bottom of the Steps of Knowledge. ?These two teams will be playing for the right to enter Olmec?s Temple,? he says, ?right after this!? The camera zooms in on an assembled silver monkey up in the Shrine before fading to commercial.

Kirk stands between the two teams and in front of the Steps of Knowledge. ?Welcome back to Legends,? he says. ?Now, the glory goes to the fastest and the strongest, so let?s talk to our team players.? He turns to interview the brown-haired boy on the Orange Iguanas. ?On the Orange Iguanas, we have Gregory.  How old are you??
?Thirteen,? he replies.
?And I understand you?re into playing football,? Kirk reads on the index card in his hand, ?but you really want to be a record producer.  Tell me about that.?
?Well, I?m really into hip-hop,? Gregory explains, ?and I like artists like Timbaland who? perform and produce.  He?s pretty cool.  I wanna learn how to remix, sample stuff? yeah.?
?Sounds pretty cool,? Kirk comments, then going to interview the black girl next to Gregory. ?And your partner here is Lisette.  How old are you??
?Thirteen,? answers Lisette.
?And it says you like to play softball and you have 19 pets,? Kirk reads on the index card. ?What are they??
?Um?? she explains, ?I have three dogs named Sparky, Domino and Rush, a rabbit named Perky and 15 fish.  Mostly danios and goldfish.?
?Sounds like a nice team right here,? Kirk comments. ?Let?s hear it for the Orange Iguanas!? Gregory and Lisette applaud with the audience as Kirk goes to interview the blond boy on the other team. ?But on the Purple Parrots, we have Tyler.  How old are you, Tyler??
?Thirteen,? he replies.
?And I understand you?re into windsurfing,? reads Kirk. ?That right??
?Yeah,? Tyler answers. ?I?ve been doing that for a few years now and I think I wanna go pro.?
?All right, well good luck,? Kirk smiles, going to interview the auburn-haired girl next to Tyler. ?And Ashley, how old are you??
?Twelve,? answers Ashley.
?And I hear you?re into sewing and fashion,? Kirk says. ?Tell me about that.?
?Well,? Ashley begins, ?I?ve been doing that for a year or so? Hopefully I can make my own dresses for a dance, I wanna do that for me and my friends? Maybe even open a dress shop later.?
?This is one creative team,? Kirk replies. ?Let?s hear it for the Purple Parrots!? Tyler and Ashley high-five as the audience applauds again.

?You guys ready to play?? asks Kirk.
?YEAH!? The players reply.
?All right!? Kirk says, excited. ?Go get ready for the Temple Game!? Lisette and Ashley walk offscreen in one direction, and Gregory and Tyler leave in another. ?In the Temple Games, these two teams will be competing for?" he opens his pocket and pulls out a small gold medallion to show to the camera? "Pendants of Life.  They?ll need those Pendants to protect themselves from the Temple Guards as they make their way through Olmec?s Temple.  There are three Temple Games, and Olmec? tell us about Temple Game #1.?

Olmec begins:
?In Wyatt Earp?s time, people got from place to place on horseback, and in this game, you must prove your horsemanship.  Hold on tight to the horse you?re lying on, because when Kirk gives the signal, the horse will begin to spin.
?The player that?s still on the horse after 60 seconds? or the player that stays on the longest? wins.?
The camera fades to Kirk, who is standing in front of the mechanical horse. ?It?s gonna be a bumpy ride,? he says. ?Let?s set the clock for 60 seconds.? The clock then appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen. ?On your mark, get set, GO!?
Lisette and Ashley hold on tight as the horse begins to turn around, and they manage to make it around several times.  The spotters change the direction of rotation after about fifteen seconds or so, and both girls? fingers begin to slip after a while.  It?s Ashley that falls off her horse first, though; the game ends with 21 seconds still on the countdown clock.
?All right! That's it!? Kirk shouts as the girls step off the safety mats and join him. ?They're dizzy, they been spinnin? around and around, but the Orange Iguanas stayed on the longest.  They win a half Pendant of Life!? Lisette claps along with the audience. ?Purple Parrots had trouble staying on there,? Kirk says to Ashley. ?What happened??
?I was slipping? the spin caught me off-guard,? she answers.
?No problem though,? Kirk says, ?cause you can catch up in the next game, it's worth a half Pendant. Olmec, tell us about Temple Game #2.?

Olmec continues:
?It took a while for Wyatt and Doc Holliday to travel to Tombstone.  In this game, you must follow their trail.  When Kirk gives the signal, climb on the wheel and adjust your weight to make the wheel spin.  When it makes one full rotation, it means you have traveled one mile toward Tombstone.  The player who travels the most miles toward Tombstone in 60 seconds wins.?
?Giddy up, pardners!? laughs Kirk. ?Let?s put 60 seconds on the clock.? The clock then appears in the corner of the screen. ?On your mark, get set, GO!?
Tyler and Gregory take off at a good pace, but use different methods trying to turn the wheel.  Tyler turns it by running just on his feet, but Gregory goes along on all fours.  Having less support on the wheel, Tyler first falls right off the wheel at the halfway mark, and again with only twelve seconds left.  Regardless, he doesn?t change his strategy, but when time runs out a pattern of ceiling spotlights flashes to mark the end the game.
?Okay!? Kirk shouts, running over to check the scoreboards. ?Purple Parrots got 7 miles to Tombstone, Orange Iguanas got 12 miles! Orange Iguanas get another half Pendant of Life!? The audience applauds for a moment as Kirk goes to talk to Tyler. ?You? uh? had a tough time staying on the? uh? the wheel,? he says. ?Tell me what happened?.?
?Uh?? Tyler begins, ?I dunno? couldn?t keep my balance.?
?Well you can win this next game and tie it back up,? Kirk says. ?It?s the third and final game.  It?s worth a full Pendant.  Olmec, tell us about it.?

Olmec narrates:
?According to legend, the showdown at the O.K. Corral was only a 2-on-2 match, but in this game., you must take down the four enemies in front of you.  When Kirk gives the signal, lob a cannonball at one of the outlaws on the wall.  Then you partner will place a cannonball in the slingshot and aim at the outlaws on the wall.
?The first team to knock down all four outlaws? or the team that?s further along after 60 seconds? wins!?
?Showdown at high noon, I like it,? Kirk comments. ?Whoever wins this game goes to the Temple.  Let?s put 60 seconds on the clock.? The clock then appears in the corner of the screen, and Kirk steps to the side. ?On your marks, get set, GO!?
The players take aim, and the Purple Parrots get lucky early on: only six seconds into the game, Tyler knocks down the rightmost target.  Lisette of the Orange Iguanas lands a shot on the second-rightmost target for her team, knocking it over a few seconds later.  The Orange Iguanas get down their rightmost target soon after, with 40 seconds remaining, and while the Parrots hit and knock down their leftmost target at :33, the Iguanas knock over their third target with 28 seconds left.
?This game takes a lot good aim,? Kirk explains as the Purple Parrots desperately shoot for the middle of the two targets, which results in the cannonball being lodged in between the two.  The next few cannonballs they try to shoot fall out of the slingshot rather than being fired, but the Orange Iguanas end the game by knocking down their fourth target with 13 seconds still on the clock.
?That?s it!? Kirk announces, reappearing onscreen. ?The Orange Iguanas got all four of the outlaws, that gives them a Pendant, that gives them two, the Purple Parrots didn?t score.  Orange Iguanas are going to the Temple!? Lisette wraps her arm around Gregory and squeals as the two of them jump up and down, while Kirk goes to talk with the Purple Parrots. ?You? uh? had some trouble there,? he says.
?Yeah, just? kept falling out,? Tyler explains.
?Well, you guys gave it a great effort,? Kirk replies. ?We got a great gift for you both, and here?s what you get.? Tyler and Ashley will each be receiving Transformers: Cybertron Optimus Prime and Megatron action figures.
The camera cuts back to Kirk standing in front of the Orange Iguanas? slingshot with his hands on Gregory and Lisette?s shoulders. ?So now we?ll see if the Orange Iguanas can make it through Olmec?s Temple and retrieve that Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp,? he says, ?right after this!? The camera pans along the wall of the Temple, stopping at the mouth of the Pharaoh?s Secret Passage in the Dungeon before fading to commercial.

Kirk stands in front of the Temple's stairs to the camera-right of Gregory and Lisette. "Welcome back to Legends," he says to the camera before turning to talk to the players. "You two have proven themselves worthy and now have earned the right to enter the Temple.  But first, Olmec's going to give you some information to help you retrieve the Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp."
Olmec begins to give the rundown:
?You could start by climbing through the Crevasse and climbing down into the Mine Shaft.  Throw enough rocks into the bucket to lift the slab, then race into the Crystal Cave.  Pull down the correct icicle, and you could choose to go up into the Dragon?s Lair, or into the Junction of the Secret Shafts.  If you escape, you might have a chance to enter the Switch Inferno.  Hit the right actuator to go upstairs, or plow through the wall and into the Dungeon.
?There, climb up the Pharaoh?s Secret Passage into the Geographer?s Study.  Take the correct book off the bookshelf, and put it on the pedestal in the front of the room to open the door to the SHRIIIIIINE of the Silver MOOON-key! Assemble the statue, and you may be headed for the Knights? Barracks, where you can grab the Leather Holster! Place the sword in the correct sheath, and you could advance into the Laser Light Room.  Find the right combination to unleash the power of the laser, and then run across the Troubled Bridge.  Then, pass through the Arctic Antechamber, race down the stairs and back through the Temple Gate.  The choices are yours and yours alone.? Olmec pauses for a second here. "You won 2 Pendants in the Temple Games.  Who's going first??
"I am!" shouts Lisette.
"Very well, Lisette!" replies Olmec as Kirk hands out the Pendants of Life. "When Kirk gives the signal, you'll race through the gates into the Temple and make your way towards the Leather Holster.  Hidden inside the Temple are three ventilation shafts that let out in the Junction of Secret Shafts, as well as Temple Guards assigned to protect three specific rooms.  You can trade your Pendant in for an extra life and go on, but if you're caught without a Pendant, you'll be taken out of the Temple? and then it'll be Gregory's turn to enter and try his luck.  If you can reach the Holster, all the doors of the Temple will instantly unlock, and the Temple Guards will vanish! Return through the gates with the Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp in three minutes, and you will both be handsomely rewarded? and here's how!"
?   For just getting into the Temple, they?re both going to get a Schwinn Mesa mountain bike.
?   If they can reach the Holster within three minutes, they?re also going to get Compton?s Interactive Encyclopedia on CD-ROM, by Compton?s New Media.
?   And if they can get the Leather Holster out of the Temple before 3 minutes is up, they?ll both be going to Krystal Cancun! Krystal Cancun, the resort for beach lovers, with excursions to Mayan ruins.  It?s rich in history and rich in pleasure.  Krystal Cancun, for a prize package totaling $13,098!

"Cancun! Let's get 'em there!" Kirk says before turning to Gregory. "So, Gregory: How're you gonna get to the Horseshoe?"
"Well," he explains, "We're gonna go down, across to the cave with the icicles? climb up all the way and go over, get the Holster and get back out."
"Let's see if that works out," Kirk says. "Lisette, get ready out in front.  Mouthpieces in.  Three minutes on the clock." The clock appears onscreen. "Let's put? the gate down, Olmec!"
Olmec groans gutturally as he lowers the gate; the blue lights under him are turned off.
"On your mark, get set, GO!"

?There goes Lisette, with two Pendants!? Kirk announces as Lisette runs up the stairs of the Temple and slides down into the Crevasse.  She spends a while squeezing through the ledges of the room, finally getting to the entrance to the upper crawl tube with 2:41 remaining.  She hits the actuator and goes through into the Mine Shaft. ?She?s gotta get those rocks into the bucket!? Lisette scrambles for the rocks and then puts them into the bucket, not letting go until her hand is directly over the bucket.  It takes only five rocks to raise the stone slab covering the Crystal Cave door all the way, but due to her strategy, 2:19 are on the clock when she hits the actuator and crawls through.  Lisette looks up, jumps up and pulls down the stalactites one at a time; she starts left of the ladder, then circles around the room, making the stalactite right of the ladder? the one that opens the doors? the last one she pulls down.  She climbs up the ladder into the Dragon?s Lair with 2:03 to go.
?She said she?s gonna go up to the Laser Light and try west,? Kirk reminds the audience as Lisette get starts in on gathering the dragon horns, ?so right now she?s just two rooms away!? Lisette gets all four dragon horns at first, but she fumbles and loses one in the middle of the room.  She gets the other three in place, then walks back to the middle of the room for the last (1:48).  When she puts it in the last slot to be filled, the mystic pattern on the walls glows violet, a roar is heard and the curtain in the back of the room flies up, revealing a ladder.  Lisette climbs up again into the Laser Light Room, setting foot in the room with 1:38 left.
?All right, she?s just gotta put the laser together, and then she?s just one room away from the object! Go Lisette!? remarks Kirk as Lisette kneels down in front of the metal column in the Laser Light Room and gets to work.  She aligns the four sections of the column, with the glass portion of each section lighting up as she gets it in the proper position.  The laser dome on top lights up when everything is in its proper position, and Lisette goes down the stairs toward the Knights? Barracks, only to meet a locked door (1:17). ?This could be bad! She?s gotta double back a bit!? Lisette then heads back up the stairs and goes through the other open door into the Bridge.  She heads across, hits the actuator for the door into the Arctic Antechamber and goes through, but before she can leave the room with 1:01 left, out jumps the first TEMPLE GUARD!
?Oh! There?s that Temple Guard!? Kirk announces. ?She?s gotta give up one of her Pendants!? Lisette gives her Pendant of Life to the Temple Guard with 55 seconds left, then looks around. ?She?s gotta tear down those walls!? She pushes down the ice wall to the left of the ladder, opening the door leading back down into the Crevasse.  Then, she climbs down with fifty seconds to go. ?She?s gotta find her way, she keeps going in a circle!?
?C?mon Lisette!? Gregory shouts from the sidelines.
?There, I think she found her way!? comments Kirk as Lisette heads into the Mine Shaft.  She goes through into the Crystal Cave and then into the Junction of the Secret Shafts, where she meets the second TEMPLE GUARD!
?Woah! Temple Guard! Go Garrett!? Kirk shouts out, and Gregory enters the Temple with 28 seconds to go.  He slides down into the Crevasse, crawls through into the Mine Shaft (0:13!), enters the Crystal Cave and continues on into the Junction of the Secret Shafts.  He hits the actuators for both crawl tubes? but we?re out of time!
?Oh! Time ran out in Room of the Secret Passage!? laments Kirk, and Gregory runs back into the foreground. ?The Orange Iguanas gave it a great effort, and they still get the mountain bikes just for playing.  But we gotta get out of here.  You had a great time, right?? He holds the microphone up to Gregory?s mouth.
?Yeah,? he answers.
?Well, we have to get outta here,? repeats Kirk. ?Join us again for more adventure and another great Legend of the Hidden Temple! Buh-bye!? The camera shows the Dragon?s Lair, the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, Lisette returning to the foreground and a first-person view of the Arctic Antechamber as the credits roll.

Temple Run Summary
Episode 64px]

Name of Artifact: The Leather Holster of Wyatt Earp
Season: 2
Layout: 4 (8 overall)
Result: Failed acquisition
Time Remaining: N/A
Team: Orange Iguanas
Pendants Won: 2
Location of Artifact: The Knights' Barracks

This was a disappointing episode.  The Orange Iguanas performed the first Temple Games shutout since "The Dampened Diary of Olaudah Equiano" (Season 2, Layout VI), but when I saw the Temple Run... Well, I wish catalogging all of these would let me leave it at "o_O;;;;;;;" being my expression when I watched.

The run was another example of how choosing to go up from the bottom room of the central shaft can ruin your shot at a victory.  The Iguanas weren't planning on taking the MOST direct path; they were looking to pull a Sforza, but that didn't quite work out.  Lisette was able to go up to the Laser Light Room as the Temple design was such that players could start in either entrance room and then had to progress to the Crystal Cave.

After Lisette properly aligned the column, however, she backtracked across the Bridge and into the Arctic Antechamber, where she finally met her first Temple Guard.  She completed a loop by going down into the Crevasse, and finally went left until reaching the Junction of the Secret Shafts, where she was taken out.  Gregory had nowhere near enough time to make any additional progress.

Trivia and Records:
Some runs involved players going in a loop of three or four rooms (such as "The Torn Message of Sarah Grimk?"), but this is the only time a player goes in a loop of as many as six rooms.  Lisette is also the only player to hit the actuator in the pit area for the door leading into the top entrance room.  Notable blunders in the Temple Run portion of the show include Olmec calling the Bridge "the Troubled Bridge" and Kirk pulling the name "Garrett" out of nowhere.

Are you trying to make Green Monkeys & Purple Parrots the weakest teams on this layout? They deserve a chance to go into the Temple

The same could be said for ANY team besides Orange on the first production day of Season 2 in the real show.

I'm trying to be faithful to the show in the way of certain coincidences.  In the first two seasons of the actual Legends, Layout XII was the only Temple Layout where every team made it to the Temple.  Likewise, for The Rediscovery, Layout VII will remain the only one where all six teams make it to the Temple at least once.

I also get the sense that you're trying to tell me what to write.  Please don't.

lol, Orange Iguanas epic failure.

For once, Olmec dosen't begin a legend with "one of the greatest...." Good ep in terms of detail though. *Holds a thumb up*

Fun fact: Kirk calling Gregory "Garrett" stemmed from me typing that in repeatedly.  I figured I'd leave it in once as a bit of an in-joke. :P
