By the way, even though I'm out of the main survivor game, the site I'm playing for has this second chance drawing. I get to keep playing, so yay?

I picked the Bears this week for survivor. Not that it matters, but whatever.

NY Giants at Chicago (Maybe Eli won't throw 3 interceptions in one quarter this time around )
Cincinnati at Buffalo (I think the Bengals are kind of an overlooked team, and they should beat the Bills unless they played like the Ravens did)
Detroit at Cleveland (This one is a toss-up and I think the Browns defense will contain the Lions just fine. However, they will not have success with Weeden)
Oakland at Kansas City (Chiefs are easily the better team, and I think they shouldn't have trouble with the Raiders)
Carolina at Minnesota (This is the toilet bowl game. I am only going with the Vikings though because at least they have some talent)
Philadelphia at Tampa Bay (I still am not trusting the Bucs)
Green Bay at Baltimore (The Ravens have a solid track record at home and people seem to forget that the Packers are not the same scary team from a few years ago. If GB plays like they did against the Bengals, they will struggle with our defense)
St. Louis at Houston (Texans have too many problems, but they also are better at certain positions compared to St. Louis)
Pittsburgh at NY Jets (This is the week Pittsburgh finally gets their first win)
Jacksonville at Denver (Denver is a 28 points favorite )
Tennessee at Seattle (Seahawks are great at home, but don't sleep on the Titans. They are more improved than last year. But they will not beat the Seahawks though)
New Orleans at New England (Saints are a solid team on both sides of the ball and New England is not going anywhere if they played like they did at Cincy again)
Arizona at San Francisco (I am not sure what to think of the Cardinals, so I am going with the Niners)
Washington at Dallas (I want to see the Redskins lead the division with a losing record too. Plus, they are the lesser of the two evils)
Indianapolis at San Diego (I have more faith in the Colts now while I don't know what to think of the Chargers)

Good choice with the Bears. The Giants are really bad this year. Eli Manning threw 3 interceptions alone in the 4th quarter this past Sunday against the Eagles. This team has fallen harder than the Steelers.

Giants are losing 24-14 now. If there was one team who I thought would be winless through week 6, it will definitely not be the Giants. They have fallen very hard this season.

I'm shocked that the Giants are 0-6. I never would've guessed that would happen before the season started, but they are.

Vikings RB Adrian Peterson's son died from abuse.  He was only 2 years old!


Thoughts and prayers to Peterson's family through this tough time .

Poor guy, no one should ever have to bury their child before they die. Apparently, his girlfriend's boyfriend was responsible for beating his two-year old son to death. I hope the POS gets the worst sentence possible. Some people are nothing but scum.     

Too bad it happened to Peterson too. I like that guy a lot and wish he broke the rushing yards record last season. The Vikings in general have been pretty unlucky this season to. I wonder if he will play for Sunday? If he does, I hope he tears it up out there similar to how the Chiefs beat the Panthers last year after one of their players committed suicide.

Yeah, can't help but feel for what AP is going through right now. And I agree that the worthless sack of shit that did this should have the book thrown at his sorry ass.

It looks like Peterson will play against the Panthers today. It will be nice to see if the Vikings can pull off a win.

So yeah, this Ravens/Packers game has lacked any sort of offense. The Packers block the Ravens punt, Packers guy touches it and fumbles it, and the Ravens recover it. And then the Ravens fail to score on that very same play when they make it to the red zone.

Also, the Texans look bad right now.

The NFL should do something about these injuries. That's the 3rd time in 4 games we lose an offensive player by someone leaving his feet and hitting players too hard. Cobb's injury looked serious.

And the Texans look pitiful.
