It does appear that the Blue Man Group will be performing in Studio 18, but where does it say that the old Nick Studios buildings will be torn down?

"Torn down" weren't the words I was looking for. I meant to say replacing, sorry about that.

Ah, well, that makes it clearer. :) It's interesting to know that the Blue Man Group will be performing in the same studio Legends was taped in.
