That's pretty much my top 5 as well.  I place the Nose Ring at #1, with the Applewood Amulet a close second.

1.)The Heart-Shaped Pillow of Annie Taylor
2.)The Milk Bucket of Fredis
3.)The Diary of Dr. Livingston
4.)The Enormous Iron Nose Ring of Babe the Ox.
5.)The Levitating Dog Leash of Nostradamus

I can't stand the Applewood Amulet of Emiliano Zapata ,The Snakeskin Boots of Billy the Kid, or The Silver Horseshoe of Butch Cassidy, because the layouts were complete givaways.
