Their music seems to be in a different key and with a slower tempo. But otherwise it is very similar to the American version, IMO.

Ah, Australia Family Double Dare hosted by Tom Jennings. I liked this version and have one US crossover episode:

-From 1990; Kangaroo Cup episode; USA (Stinky Shoes) vs. Australia (Slip and Sliders)

That's interesting. Was it more like the Australian form (pink logo, different placement of music) or the American version?

Couldn't tell you, I haven't watched the episode in a while. But one of these days I'll pull it out and watch it.
