Well technically, this is Post 50,004, but I'll make a speech anyways.



My, what a ride this has been. I've been at this forum for over 7 years now, and I never thought I'd see the day I'd make it to Post 50,000. While I have been a member here for a long time now, this isn't actually the longest I've been on a forum for. That title goes to another forum I'm a member of, but is much more inactive than here. But this is the forum I'm the most dedicated to, and it's the only forum I know that is so dedicated to an obscure game show that stopped production over 18 years ago. Who knew? Either way, this place is great and I've met so many awesome people here, that I never would've met any other way. I know I can come across a little curt, blunt, and snobbish, and I know I'm a little too nitpicky over small things at times. But I guess if you can put up with me without wanting to punch me, I know I've done something right. Maybe I can be mean at times, but hey we're not all perfect people. I know this postcount stuff is all because I spend a majority of my time in the games section. And I know this doesn't really count towards anything in real life, but I'm very glad to have made it this far. So thanks to everyone who made this all happen! I'm a happy chicken for all of this, and here's to another 50,000 posts. If that's possible at all. And.... that's it. I suck at speeches.

Congrats! You have definitely come a long way. Post 50,000 is a lot of dedication and hard work, and it has been a lot of fun reading your posts.  We've all had our differences with this forum, but one thing that we all have in common is our love for Legends of the Hidden Temple. One thing that I don't have to worry about is as long as there is some sort of Legends discussion, I can count on you to contribute to it.  I know many people have lost interests in Legends, but you are one of the few people who try and keep it alive.       

May you continue onto 60,000 posts and many more. And may Aqila continue to bless your milestone pictures.

Thanks! And you've contributed quite a bit yourself. Whether it be the games section (when it's literally just us ping ponging and us going back and forth), the Chamber with all your polls, or the Heart Room, I can also count on you to stir up some discussion. If it weren't for you, or this forum for that matter, I don't know where I'd be today. We probably wouldn't even be open today if it wasn't for all the dedicated members here, Legends interest or not. I'll admit that my interest in the show has dwindled down a lot in the recent few months. But I still come here and talk to everyone in the Spam Topic or elsewhere on the forum. I'd say I owe my success in postcount to the games section mainly, and also the Spam Topic. Where the postcount total in that topic is lower than all my total posts. Funny how that turns out.

And I totally owe the Golden Pepperoni picture to you. You're the one who stuffed that in your screencap of my Post 30k picture. So thank you for that. Plus, it fittingly hides my IP address. So that works too.

Thank you so much for your dedication to the forum, PPF. It's been great having you along, and while it may sound cliche, it's tough to imagine Phantom's Temple without you.

Oh, and here are some random stats for you:

I made Post 20,000 on July 1, 2011. On Page 1202 of the Spam Topic.
I made Post 30,000* on March 18, 2012. On Page 2401 of the Spam Topic.
I made Post 40,000 on March 23, 2013. On Page 2989 of the Spam Topic.
I made Post 50,000 on January 4, 2014. On Page 3240 of the Spam Topic.

* not counting the database crash

It took me 8 months to reach Post 30k, 12 months to reach Post 40k, and 10 months to reach Post 50k.

And as an added bonus:

- 20,880 of my posts come from the Temple Games section
- 14,402 of my posts come from the Jester's Court

If it weren't for the temple games section, I'd only be at Post 29,194 right now. On the flip side, if it weren't for Jester's Court, I'd only be at Post 35,672. I'm not sure about all my posts in the Spam Topic, but I can assume it's around the same as my Jester's Court amount. I know this is rather useless trivia, but I thought I might share it anyways.
