1. Has a unique type combination. (Electric/Normal)
2. It's based on a reptile. (A lizard or salamander, to be specific)
3. Has a similar color scheme as the first pure Steel type in National Dex order (though it's NOT a Steel type). (Mawile, of course. :P)

And I had to re-write the second clue because the recently-revealed Shishiko also has Normal as a secondary type.
