The camera makes its way through lush greenery, and the palms move away as ambient animal noises are heard. Portions of a temple are shown, and suddenly the jungle ends, and we see Olmec?s face light up and shout, ?LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE!?

The show?s title card?a pendant of life?crashes together on the screen, and the camera shifts to focus on the temple and its rooms. ?With your guide, Kirk Fogg! And here he is now!?

The pendant splinters and Kirk is seen crawling out of the Jungle Crevice to run right into the center of the stage and up the Steps of Knowledge as he begins his narration.

?Thank you, thank you!? says Kirk. ?It's nice to see you! Thank you, Olmec. Welcome to the Hidden Temple. The rooms are filled with lost treasures that are protected by mysterious Mayan Temple Guards. Only Olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple. Which one are we going to hear about today??

Olmec replies, ?The Legend of The Broken Piano Keys of the Titanic!?

?Ooh, the Broken Piano Keys of the Titanic!? says Kirk. ?Well, the legend is set and one of these six teams will have the chance to retrieve those Broken Piano Keys. Will it be The Red Jaguars??

At this point, the camera focuses on each team as they are introduced.

?The Blue Barracudas??
?The Green Monkeys??
?The Orange Iguanas??
?The Purple Parrots??
?Or the Silver Snakes??

?They?re going to have to pass some tough mental and physical tests,? continues Kirk, ?and in the end, only one team will have the right to enter Olmec?s temple, but first they have to cross the moat, and Olmec?s gonna tell us how they have to do it today.?

Olmec instructs:
?Before you lies the remains of an ancient rolling bridge. When Kirk gives the signal run across the wooden rollers and ?without letting any knees or hands touch the rollers, make your way to the other side. If you fall in, you must go back and start again. Once both partners cross the same way, run over and hit the gong!?

Kirk hits the Silver Snakes? gong to demonstrate, which?in turn?lights up a bright silver.

?The first four teams to hit their gongs will go on to the next round,? finishes Olmec. ?Okay, teams,? says Kirk, ?are you ready??

The teams excitedly reply, ?Yeeaahhhh!?

Kirk then asks, ?Olmec, are you ready??

?This rock is ready to roll!? replies Olmec.

?Alright, let?s get started then,? says Kirk. ?On your marks, get set, GO!?

The Red Jaguars and the Green Monkeys seem to have a ?treadmill? effect, getting nowhere at all and eventually collapsing on their stomachs and have to go back. The boy on the Blue Barracudas is smart and takes large steps, making it across the entire Moat in just about seven large strides. The Red Jaguar boy still has continued trouble?going extremely slowly across the rollers, but with no different results. ?It?s slippery out there on those rolling bridges,? says Kirk, ?with all that fog and water!? Right as he says this, the Blue Barracudas gong in as the first team, followed by the Orange Iguanas about five seconds later. ?Two teams down,? comments Kirk, ?two more to go!? The Red Jaguars? first player and the girl on the Silver Snakes seem to be running endlessly, getting nowhere at all.

?Who will be our third team?? says Kirk as the Green Monkeys begin to send their second player across. ?It looks like it may be Purple?it?s the Purple Parrots!? The Purple Parrots slam their hands on the gong together, and the second player on the Green Monkeys steps off the ?bridge??and gongs in fourth?while the first player on the Red Jaguars boy and the Silver Snakes girl still continues to run and fall on bridge, as the mist begins to disappear.

?We?ve got our four teams,? says Kirk. ?They are?The Purple Parrots?and the Orange Iguanas?and the Green Monkeys?and the Blue Barracudas. The Red Jaguars and the Silver Snakes gave it a great effort, they?re not going away empty handed! We?ve got a great gift for them, and here?s what it is.?

Dee reads the prize:

The screen transitions to a shot of the four teams atop the Steps of Knowledge. ?As the quest continues,? says Kirk, ?it?s now time for Olmec to tell us about The Piano Keys of the RMS Titanic. But teams?pay attention, because your knowledge of the legend can bring you a step closer to Olmec?s temple.?

Olmec narrates the legend:
?In the early 20th century, the largest ship in the world was built?the RMS Titanic. Built with many facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, thousands of rooms, and even elevators in the lobby, the ship was advertised as ?the largest and most unsinkable ship? to ever have been built?because the ship had several compartments to store leaked water on the boat in case of a scrape. But little did everybody know that its first voyage would be its last. The boat set sail in 1912 from London all the way to New York. Things were going great?the passengers were happy, and the crew was happy. Until the third night, something rather unexpected happened.

? ?Captain,? shouted the lookout from his crow?s nest, ?look at that small crag in front!?

?The captain, suddenly feeling a lump in his throat, replied: ?Here, let me see??

?He climbed up the ladder into the crow?s nest, and looked into the distance. There, in the course of the ship, was a gigantic iceberg. By then it was too late, and the ship scraped past the iceberg. The unsinkable ship was torn, and water began pouring into the compartments?but the ship wasn?t all unsinkable. In the ungodly hours, passengers were woken and told to evacuate the ship. Legend has it that the orchestra even played music to calm the passengers down, but it didn?t work.

?The ship sank to the bottom of the sea the very same night, along with the captain, many passengers who didn?t manage to escape, and the entire orchestra with their instruments, which were lost forever. The only remains were a few broken piano keys, which made their way to the temple. Your quest is to find the Broken Piano Keys of the RMS Titanic and bring them back here.?

?Whew! Alright, Olmec,?  says Kirk after a short pause, ?tell us?where are these Broken Piano Keys??

?The Broken Piano Keys of the Titanic can be found?in the Shrine of the Silver Monkey,? replies Olmec. A spotlight focuses on two piano keys lying on the central pedestal?s square indent.

?Okay then,? continues Kirk, ?teams?you are now standing on the Steps of Knowledge. In a minute, Olmec?s gonna ask you a question. If you think you know the answer, stomp down on the ancient marking in front of you. If you?re right, you?ll move down to the next level, but if you?re wrong or run out of time, I?m gonna have to give the other teams a chance to answer. The first two teams that make it to the bottom level?will be one step closer to Olmec?s temple. Olmec, we?re now ready for your first question??

Olmec asks: ?Was the RMS Titanic?a tugboat, a cruise-ship, or a barge??

The Orange Iguanas ring in: ?Cruise-ship!?

?That is correct,? replies Olmec. ?Alright, step down!? says Kirk, pointing at the second step which the Orange Iguanas step down onto. ?Next question??

Olmec asks: ?Did the Titanic sail from?London, Paris, or Brussels??

The Orange Iguanas answer: ?London???

?That is correct!? shouts Olmec, allowing the Orange Iguanas to move down to the third step. ?Just like that, the Orange Iguanas are one step away from the temple games!? says Kirk. ?Next question, please!?

Olmec asks: ?To avoid sinking, did the Titanic have?compartments to contain water??

The Blue Barracudas ring in: ?Um, compartments to contain water??

?That is correct,? says Olmec as the Blue Barracudas move down one step. ?What a mouthful!? comments Kirk. ?Next question!?

Olmec asks: ?The Titanic was going to sail from London to New York. Does this make it cross??

The Green Monkeys buzz in: ?Uh?the sea??

?That is not one of our three choices,? replies Olmec. ?the three choices are?the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, or the Indian Ocean.?

The Purple Parrots ring in: ?The Atlantic Ocean!?

?That is correct,? declares Olmec. ?The Purple Parrots are on the board!? comments Kirk as the Purple Parrots move down to the second step. ?Next question.?

Olmec asks: ?Did the ship sink?in the afternoon, in the late night, or at 7:30PM??

The Purple Parrots stomp down: ?In the late night??

?That is correct!? replies Olmec, as the Purple Parrots step down to join the Orange Iguanas. ?Alright, now they?re one step away from the temple games too!? says Kirk. ?Next question!?

Olmec asks: ?Was the Titanic struck by?a treasure chest, an iceberg, or an ice-skating rin??

The Green Monkeys interrupt: ?An iceberg!?

?That is correct,? announces Olmec, as the Green Monkeys finally move down a step. ?Green Monkeys on the board!? comments Kirk. ?This match is a good one, I can tell?next question??

Olmec asks: ?Is the lookout point on a ship called?a stern, a cabin, or a crow??

The Orange Iguanas yell: ?A CROW?S NEST!?

?THAT IS CORRECT!? shouts Olmec just as loudly. ?We?ve got our first team going onto the temple games!? shouts an excited Kirk. ?We?ve got room for one more team, though?next question!?

Olmec asks: ?Which of these features did the Titanic NOT have?elevators, soccer fields, or indoor pools??

The Purple Parrots buzz in: ?Indoor pools!?

?Incorrect,? replies Olmec. The Green Monkeys guess: ?Soccer fields??

?That is correct,? confirms Olmec, as the Green Monkeys join the Purple Parrots on the second-to-last step. ?Next question, Olmec,? requests Kirk.

Olmec asks: ?Did the Titanic set sail in?1920, 19??

The Purple Parrots interrupt: ?1912!?

?THAT IS CORRECT!? yells Olmec. ?We?ve got our two teams going onto the temple games!? shouts Kirk. ?They are the Orange Iguanas and the Purple Parrots! The Blue Barracudas and the Green Monkeys did a great job too?it was anybody?s game?and they?re not going away empty handed. We?ve got a great gift for them, and here?s what it is!?

Dee reads the prize:
?A savings bond from?Sketchers Footwear. Makers of fun, exciting, cool shoes, sneakers, and boots! Sketchers?it?s the ?S?!?

The screen wipes to reveal Kirk with his hands on the two remaining teams? shoulders. ?These two teams are going to be competing for the rights to enter Olmec?s temple?right after this!? The camera appears to be travelling down the Red Jaguars? bridge of rollers over the Moat, before it stops in front of their moss-covered gong?s base. The show?s logo appears onscreen, and then the screen fades to a commercial break.

The screen reappears as the logo splits into two right down the middle, and the camera zooms out from an old Golden Idol sitting in some foliage in between the right of the Steps of Knowledge and the deck of the Moat.

?Welcome back to Legends,? says Kirk, standing  in front of The Jungle Crevice with the two teams. ?Now the glory goes to the fastest and the strongest, but first?let?s find out what our teams are made of! On the Orange Iguanas, we have Brett. Now, Brett?I understand that you like soccer and swimming, but you also go fishing with your family on weekends. Tell me about it??

?Well,? says Brett, ?I started with a trip with my family when I was five, and I guess I?ve just liked it until now!?

?Hmm?maybe that could come in handy in the temple games,? says Kirk. ?And also, we have Angel. Now, Angel, I understand that you like singing. Tell me about it.?

?Umm?it?s not very professional,? says Angel, ?but I did get some background music and actually record a song one day, and put it together?it came up to about two minutes.?

?Wow, we?ve got some talented players on our hands!? shouts Kirk. ?Let?s hear it for the Orange Iguanas!? The audience cheers for the team, as Kirk walks over to the Purple Parrots.

?Hi Purple Parrots!? says Kirk. ?Let?s meet ?em?we have Renee. Renee, I hear that you like drawing and painting, but you also want to be in the Winter Olympics?tell me about that.?

?I started by just riding this skateboard down a snowy slope we made outside my house,? says Renee, ?but then I went skiing, and I?ve been good at that kind of stuff every since, I guess!?

?You only guess?? teases Kirk with a fake surprised face, ?and also on the Purple Parrots, we have Danny. Danny?you like acting, but you also want to be a doctor. What kind??

?Pediatrician,? replies Danny confidently. ?We?ve got a good team here,? says Kirk, ?let?s hear it for the Purple Parrots!? The audience cheers for the team, as Kirk dismisses the teams. ?So?boys you can go get ready for the first temple game, and girls can go get ready for the second?? The players walk off in different directions, as Kirk continues his narration.

?In the temple games, teams are competing for pendants of life?? Kirk grabs a pendant out of his pouch and holds it up to the camera. ?The winning team will need those pendants to protect themselves from the dreaded temple guards, as they make their way through the temple. There are three temple games, and Olmec will tell us about Temple Game #1.?

Olmec explains:
?A ship as big as the Titanic needs plenty of food to feed the passengers on board, and in this game, you?ll need to get some supplies for your own large ship. When Kirk gives the signal, grab a sack of potatoes, hop onto the other platform, and place it in the crate. Then hop back, grab another sack and do it again! The team with the most sacks of potatoes in their crate at the end of 60 seconds?wins.?

?Getting supplies while 10 feet in the air?sounds like fun!? says Kirk. ?Let?s set the clock for 60 seconds!?

The clock bangs down into the corner of the screen. ?On your marks, get set?GO!? Both of the boys each grab a?rather large?sack of potatoes and jump with help of the elastic cords and both throw it into the crate instead of going over?and the both miss! ?Might want to take a little time out,? says Kirk, ?and go over to the crate instead.? Brett and Danny take this advice, and they take a few steps farther onto the platform, and both score. This basically carries on for another 40 seconds, with the players each getting six sacks into the crate?until Brett smashes his feet into the edge of the second platform! Danny pulls ahead, while Brett?just hanging there?waits for the spotters to drag him up. When they finally do, Danny has gotten two more sacks in already! Brett makes one more return trip?but we?re out of time!

?Alright, it?s over!? says Kirk, as the players are slowly lowered on the elastic cords. ?Looks like the Orange Iguanas got six sacks,? he says as he looks up at the scorecards, ?but?the Purple Parrots got eight sacks?that gives them the half pendant of life! The next temple game is also worth another half-pendant?Olmec, tell us about Temple Game #2!?

Olmec narrates:
?The Titanic struck an iceberg, but in this game you?ll avoid any underwater hazards?hopefully. When Kirk gives the signal, step on a platform. If it stays intact, move onto the next one, but if it sinks, you must go back and start again. The first player to get all the way to shore, or the player that?s further along at the end of 60 seconds wins!?

?Hopefully their ships don?t sink!? comments Kirk. ?Let?s get started?put 60 seconds on the clock!?

The clock appears onscreen again. ?On your marks?get set?GO!? Both players immediately start moving out onto the platforms. Renee?s sinks on the first platform, but Angel moves on to her second platform, and still staying strong. Renee tries to catch up to Angel, but now she falls into the fog and is sent back, letting Renee pull ahead almost 1/3 of the way across the foggy maze. 45 seconds remain as Angel?s platform sinks again, while Renee gets to about halfway through?and? ?Oh, it sunk!? says Kirk. ?Gotta go back and try again??

30 seconds have passed, and Angel is halfway through and still going strong. Renee has fallen behind, as she steps on another sinking platform that she already stepped on earlier, and is sent back again. ?Oh, Angel looks like she might make it!? says Kirk, as she passes the (approximately) three-fourths mark with 18 seconds left. ?Can she make it? Can she make it? YES! It?s over!? Kirk gets quite excited as Angel steps onto the other side as the clock freezes at 10 seconds and fades.

?It?s over?Renee, you can?you can come on over here!? says Kirk, as the players run onscreen to join him. The Orange Iguanas definitely made it to this side first, so I?m going to give them a half pendant of life! So?now it?s um?a half pendant apiece, and we?re going onto the third and final game. It?s worth a full pendant?Olmec, tell us about it.?

Olmec continues:
?The Titanic did not make a successful voyage, but now it?s your turn to try your luck. When Kirk gives the signal, roll your boat down the ramp and into the water. When you reach New York City, turn the boat around, grab the inner tube, and pull yourself back. Careful?if your feet touch the water, you?ll have to go back and start again. The first team to return to the docks, or the team that?s further along at the end of 60 seconds?wins.?

?Bon Voyage, teams!? says Kirk in a bad French accent. ?Let?s put 60 seconds on the clock??

The clock appears onscreen in the corner. ?On your marks, get set, GO! Land ho!? The two teams roll their boats down the ramp, the Orange Iguanas visibly faster than the Purple Parrots. Once they reach the small model of New York City though, they can?t seem to turn the boat easily, but they still have a slight lead. 40 seconds remain when the Orange Iguanas finally start their trip back, but the Purple Parrots are catching up fast! Both of them reach the dock at about the same time, with the Orange Iguanas smashing into the corner of the ramp, and both teams land their feet on the dock at about the same time?with 31 seconds on the clock when it fades.

?That?s it! Time?s up?no, time?s not up, but the game?s over!? says Kirk, clearly surprised. The spotters converse with Kirk, however, and that leads to Kirk saying, ?Um?it was a tie, I think. Yup, the judges?the judges rule that it?s a tie! Let?s bring out the tiebreaker pedestal!?

The audience cheers as the spotters wheel out the tiebreaker pedestal and Kirk motions for the teams to stand behind their respective podiums. ?Alright, here are the tiebreaker rules. In a minute, Olmec?s going to ask you, and if you think you know the answer, hit the gong in front of you. You?ll have three seconds to answer and I must accept your first response. If you?re right, you and your partner will be going to the Temple in search of The Broken Piano Key of the Titanic, but if you?re wrong or you run out of time, I'm gonna give the other teams a chance. All clear?

The teams nod their heads in response. ?Olmec, final question??

Olmec asks: ?Who did not sink with the Titanic?the piano player, the captain, or the cook??

The Orange Iguanas hit the gong first: ?The cook???

?That?is?correct!? shouts Olmec. ?Whoa, that is correct!? says Kirk. ?Purple Parrots, it was an even match?these were two very evenly matched teams! We?re gonna give you a great gift, and here?s what it is??

Dee reads the prize:

?The Orange Iguanas are excited,? says Kirk, ?let?s see if they can make it through Olmec?s temple?right after this!? The camera pans from the Moat to the audience to the entire temple. Switching over to a first person shot of running down the steps to the Vine Drop; the camera focuses on the detail of the temple guard door before fading to commercial.

The camera zooms out from an extreme close-up of one of the old gargoyles? eyes, then  switches to a shot of Kirk with his hands on the Orange Iguanas? shoulders.

?Welcome back to Legends,? he says. ?The Orange Iguanas have proven themselves worthy and now have earned the right to enter Olmec?s temple. But first, Olmec?s going to give them some information to help them retrieve The Broken Piano Keys of the RMS Titanic!?

Olmec begins his rundown:
?You could start by climbing through the Tigers' Den and climbing down into the Jungle Crevice. Crawl through the pit, then race into the Treasury of the Monkeys. Find the right bunch of bananas, and you could choose to go up into the Anaconda's Sanctuary, or into the Tropical Forest. If you escape, you might have a chance to enter the Secret Woods. Reach into the log and find the key, or plow through the wall and into the Secret Spring.

?There, climb up the waterfall and into the Catfish Cove. Find the correct bucket, and open the door to the Shriiiiine of the Silver Monkey! Assemble the statue, and you may be headed for the vine drop. Pull the vines to open the doors, and race up to the Wildebeasts' Hideout. Turn the correct horn, and swing on the vine across the Crevice. Then, pass thru the Room of the Tropicana Birds, race down the stairs, and back through the temple gates. The choices are yours and yours alone. You won one and a half pendants in the temple games. Who's going first??

?I am!? says Angel.

?Very well, Angel!? replies Olmec. ?When Kirk gives the signal, you'll race through the gates into the temple, and make your way towards the Piano Keys. Hidden inside the temple are temple guards assigned to protect three specific rooms. You can trade your pendant for an extra life and go on but if you're caught without a pendant, you'll be taken out of the temple...and it will be Brett's turn to enter and try his luck. Hidden somewhere in the temple is the other half of your pendant. If you can find it, and you?re carrying the other half, you will earn an extra life. If you can reach the Broken Piano Keys, all the doors of the temple will instantly unlock and the temple guards will vanish. Return through the gates with The Broken Piano Keys of the Titanic in three minutes, and you will both be handsomely rewarded? and here's how!?

?You?re not afraid of that grand prize after today?s legend, are you?? asks Kirk jokingly. ?Alright, let?s get in position?and let?s put sixty?I mean, three minutes on the clock!?

The clock slams down in the corner of the screen. ?Olmec, lower your gate!? The gate lowers as Olmec moans and the lights around him switch off. ?On your marks, get set?GO!?

?There goes Angel?into the temple!? says Kirk as she jogs up the stairs. ?Which way is she gonna go? It looks like she?s heading?down, into the Mining Chamber!? Angel crawls down into the dark depths of the many ledges, and hits the actuator to the especially shiny crawl tube, and slides down headfirst instead of crawling. [2:44] She looks like she?s slowing down, because it takes her a whole seven seconds to get across the Jungle Crevice, but she?s tripping a bit on the foam blocks, and dives to push the actuator of the Treasury of the Monkeys and the door falls open. ?She?s going down, into the Room of the Monkey Treasures!? says Kirk, stumbling on the name and falling silent for awhile as Angel slides down headfirst once again, slowing herself down a little, but entering the room with a healthy 2:29 on the clock.

She climbs up the ladder, but before she can grab a bunch of bananas, out from the dark depths of the room emerges a temple guard! Angel screams for a few seconds, but climbs down and hands him a pendant. As he disappears, she swipes a bunch down, then climbs up another rung and grabs the remaining two bunches. She brings all of them to the front of the room, and then begins to make a pyramid of bananas! [2:12] ?I dunno what her plan is at this point,? says Kirk, ?but it seems to be working?? He?s right, the altar glows, the lights go dim, and all the doors open. ?She?s going up?no, into the Swamp!? says Kirk, ?fogging-up? another room name as Angel changes her mind to head into the Tropical Forest. But before she can wade through all the small foam pellets, the second TEMPLE GUARD appears and captures her with 2:02 left on the clock!

Brett obviously doesn?t have the best reaction time?it takes him a couple seconds and a couple of shouts from Kirk to realize that it?s his turn, but he makes up for some lost time by racing up the staircase two steps at a time and making a VERY sharp turn, almost knocking him off his feet, but he falls on his back instead and slides all the way down into the Mining Chamber. [1:54] Brett crawls deeper and lower through the sharp ledges and gold blocks, and scrambles down the crawl tube into the Jungle Crevice. He crawls along the wobbly surface, and continues on his stomach down into the Treasury of the Monkeys. [1:39] ?He?s making some time,? says Kirk, ?but he?s gotta speed up a little but?there ya go!? Brett dives down the crawl space, and lands on the floor of the Treasury with 1:33 left on the clock. ?GO! GO!!? screams Angel from the sidelines.

Brett climbs through a thick ?wall? of plant growth and some tangled vines hanging from the ceiling and enters the dimly lit Tropical Forest. ?From there, he?s got a couple of choices!? says Kirk. ?Up, or to the side?looks like he?s picking the side door into the Secret Camping Wood!? Brett hits the actuator of the higher door first, and when it doesn?t open, he stalls a bit, but then he realizes there?s another side door hidden under some fallen leaves in the back of the room. [1:19] ?He?s going into the Secret Woods?oh that?s not gonna open, either!? says Kirk, a little surprised at the locked door. ?Looks like maybe the doors up will open?gotta try everything, Brett!? He climbs one of the ladders and goes for the middle-upward door?which is (sort-of) obviously locked. After trying the corner door in the stage-left side of the room on the same ladder twice, he decides to jump back down and retreat. [1:05] Going back into the Treasury of the Monkeys, he heads up the ladder and into the Anaconda?s Sanctuary, which he enters with 53 seconds on the clock.

?Put the snake in it?s nest!? yells Kirk, when Brett has no idea what to do with the snake. ?Into the hole in the nest?the hole in the wall!? When he finally realizes that there?s a hole among the pitch-black paint of the nest?s interior, he feeds it in slowly, having to force it in at points. ?Wait a second, maybe it?ll open a do?no, it?s not gonna open!? comments Kirk as Brett pulls the snake out rather violently. [0:40] ?Maybe it?s the other one,? says Kirk. Brett guides the snake into the hard-to-see hole, and once it?s halfway in, the door upward opens with a flash of bright light. ?Oh, he?s going up again!? says Kirk, while the side-door is CLEARLY open as well. ?Well, let?s see how that?ll pay off??

Brett emerges from the little red box covering the ladder with 27 seconds remaining, and grabs the half pendant from one of the four fangs already in the jaguar?s mouth. ?He?s got the other half-pendant!? announces Kirk as Brett pushes one of the fangs into the gums of the mouth. ?One down, three more to go?? Brett grabs another two fangs, placing them both in the top holes. 13 seconds remain when Brett pushes in the last fang, and the stone slab blocking access to the Vine Drop drops down. ?Go?you?re just two rooms away!? says Kirk. ?Go?? Brett grabs for the first vine?but we?re OUT OF TIME!

?Oh, no!? says Kirk as the ceiling lights go off. ?They didn?t make it, they were soooo close?they still get the PlayStations, though, and we gotta get outta here! Join us again next time for another great Legend of the Hidden Temple! Buh-bye!?

The credits scroll as various ending scenes are shown: the two rather large piano keys in the Shrine, Angel?s ?creation? in the Treasury of the Monkeys, and a close-up detail shot of the murals on the wall of the Anaconda?s Sanctuary. Summary:

Do you like to laugh? Then watch the Red Jaguars fail miserably at crossing the Moat. They seem to be going backward, not forward, on the bridge of rollers (I have no idea how they made it levitate; there wasn't any EVIDENT supports, which is good! =D) and kept on falling. With that said, the other teams actually did fairly well. I like the Moat crossing method - it's unique, to say something good about it. The Steps of Knowledge were over in nine questions, so, in my opinion, an average Steps of Knowledge round.

The temple games were close and exciting. The first temple game I've only seen a handful of times in the series, it was the one where players jump from platform to platform collecting items. This time, it was sacks of potatoes...that didn't look too light in weight. After the Orange Iguanas slammed their feet into the platform during the final part of the game, the Purple Parrots won a half-pendant. The Orange Iguanas, however, caught up in the next game, and it was over fairly quickly - these girls were fast! Anyhow, after a few tries, Angel got across the sinking maze and earned the Orange Iguanas a half-pendant. I can't believe they called a tie on the last game - which was a distance-related game - but the Orange Iguanas broke the tie and went to the temple.

Now, the players were fast, but the temple run was a, well, a mild disaster. Angel wasn't the best player, but she did clear several rooms, stacking all three bunches of bananas in the Treasury of the Monkeys to make sure she got the right bunch, which I suppose was the last bunch because the doors didn't open until she completed the pyramid. She was taken out in "The Swamp," according to Kirk, which turned out to be a dead end. After a fairly unecessary central shaft trek, Brett reached the Vine Drop...where time ran out. If he had noticed that the Sanctuary/Vine Drop door opened, it could've been a close grab. Oh well....

Now, the producers actually placed a USELESS half-pendant, because a guard didn't appear in the Vine Drop - at least, he didn't until time was up. Whether the temple guard door got stuck, the half-pendant was quite pointless. My guess is that maybe the team wasn't going to go into the Tropical Forest...? I have absolutely no idea!

SIDE NOTES: This is the only time in the series where a tie is called on a distance-related game. It's also one of only four episodes to use the "hop from platform to platform" temple game.

Other than that, it was a nice read.  I liked the Moat crossing, and the Temple Run was interesting.  I can't believe the correct path was that of "Robin Hood and Marian's Silk Ladder" and the team still failed... lol.
