Olmec: legends of the hidden temple with your guide Kirk fogg and here he is now

(Kirk swings in across the moat)

Kirk: hey everyone nice to see you, nice to see you olmec. Welcome to legends of the hidden temple the rooms are filled with lost treasures protected by mysterious Mayan temple guards only olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple which one are we going to hear about today?

Olmec: the 38th folio of William Shakespeare

Kirk: All right well one of these 6 teams will get a chance to retrieve the folio will it be
The Red Jaguars? The Blue Barracudas? The Green Monkeys? The Orange Iguanas? The Purple Parrots? Or the Silver Snakes? There going to have to pass some tough mental and physical tests yet only one team will enter olmecs temple but first they have to cross the moat and olmec will tell us how they will have to do it today

Olmec: before each team a beam has fallen into the moat when Kirk gives the signal the first player will step on the beam and cross it. Once the first person has crossed it?s the second persons tern to cross, however each team player must take with him a backpack of supplies if you fall into the water or if your hands or knees touch the beam you will have to go back and start again. Once both players are on the same side run over and hit the gong the first 4 teams to hit there gongs will move on the next round

Kirk: teams are you ready? (Teams cheer) olmec you ready?

Olmec: you bet

KIRK:
As the quest continues, it?s now time for Olmec to tell us about the 38th folio of William Shakespeare. But pay attention, because your knowledge of the legend can bring you a step closer to Olmec?s Temple

Olmec: one of the greatest playwrights ever was William Shakespeare writer of tragedy and comedy. He wrote 37 known folios, which became great plays such as hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, taming of the shrew. Although he wrote those plays none of them were ever performed during his life. Mourning his death, two of his friends went to his home and found his collection of folios.

Friend: whoa so this is what William did all those times he played sick

Olmec: legend has it that one friend about to open a folio when he accidentally dropped it out the window

Friend: oops, that?s ok ill go down and get it.

Olmec: but when his friend went down the folio had disappeared. Even without that one folio his friends made great plays with Williams 37 other folios. After years of unknown location the folio made its way to the temple your quest is to find the 38th folio of William Shakespeare and bring it here

Kirk: Olmec could you tell us where the folio is?

Olmec: the 38th folio of William Shakespeare can be found in the dark rain forest

Kirk: OK. Teams, you are standing on the Steps of Knowledge. In a minute, Olmec will ask you a question. If you think you know the answer, stomp down on the ancient marking in front of you. If you?re right, you?ll move down to the next level. If you?re wrong or run out of time, I?m going to give the other teams a chance to answer. The first two teams to make it to the bottom level will be one step closer to Olmec?s Temple. Olmec, we are now ready for your first question

(Event happens)

Kirk: All right going to the temple are the silver snakes and the orange iguanas. Purple parrots and red jaguars tried but couldn?t make it here?s what we?ve got for theme

(Prize again)

Kirk: they?ve fought their way here and now these two teams are going to the temple games play for the chance to enter Olmec?s temple right after this

Kirk: welcome back to legends now the glory goes to the fastest and the strongest so lets here it for Derek and Tessa of the silver snakes and Lydia and Jeffries of the orange iguanas (applause) why don?t you guys go get ready for the temple games  (kids leave) the teams are now competing for pendants of life there going to need those pendants to protect them from those dreaded temple guards as they make there way through the temple so olmec will you please tell us about temple game number one.

Olmec: when Shakespeare friends found his folios in the top of his house they accidentally dropped one of the top when Kirk gives the signal climb into Shakespeare house and jump through a hole once you?ve gotten through go to the next one when you reach the top a folio will be up there grab it read the title aloud and throw it to the ground the first player to do so wins

Kirk: I hate cleaning the attic. Let?s put three minute or no one-minute on the clock. On your mark get set go

(Event occurs)

Kirk: aright silver snakes got to the top first and shouted the title first they get the half pendant (applause) orange iguanas can catch up in the next game its worth a half pendant Olmec tell us about it

Olmec: in Shakespeare?s play hamlet. Hamlet has some unfortunate events happen to him today you will try to avoid the unfortunate events. Before you are three holes when Kirk gives the signal take your stopper and plug a hole. If you pick the wrong hole the unfortunate event of getting squirted with water will occur. Whoever avoids the most water at the end of 60 seconds wins

Kirk: orange can catch up on your mark get set go

(Event occurs)

Kirk: all right orange iguanas caught up and get the half pendant of life it?s a tie. Now we go the final game Olmec

Olmec: Shakespeare?s friends transported his folios to the globe theater your going to do the same with your partner. When Kirk gives the signal grab a play place it between your feet grab the trapeze and swing out to meet your partner your partner will then swing back read the title and through it in the globe theater whichever team has the most folios in the globe theater at the in 60 seconds wins

Kirk: whoever wins this goes to temple 60 seconds. On your mark get set go

(Event occurs)

Kirk: let see silver snakes got Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet that?s 2 and orange got King leer, King Henry, Hamlet, and Julius Caesar that gives orange iguanas the win and with one and a half pendants orange iguanas are going to temple. Silver snakes tried but didn?t make it but we have a great parting gift

(Prize is announced)

Kirk we will se if the orange iguanas can retrieve the lost folio right after this

Kirk: the orange iguanas proved themselves worthy now they have the right to enter Olmec?s temple. But first Olmec is going to give them some advice on how to retrieve the 38th folio

Olmec: You could start by running up the stairs to The Crypt. Grab the books from the skeletons and pass into the leap of faith jump the chasm, and you could choose to go up into The King?s Storeroom. Smash the clay pots to find the key that will lead you into The Cryptic room solve the math problem and you could enter the room of the ancient warriors place your self in the right armor, and open the door to The Shrine of the Silver Monkey. Assemble the statue, and you may be headed toward The Lightning Room. Connect the right two cords crate lightning to open the door to The Pharaoh?s Secret Passage. Climb down the tunnel to the bottomless pit where you could smash through to the Dark rain Forest, but beware the Temple Spirits that may inhabit the trees. Pour the water into the right chalice to make it rain and enter the jesters court place yourself against the right wall painting to enter the laser light room break the covers to reveal the white light then race through the chasm crawl through the crevasse and race down the through the temple gates. The choices are yours and yours alone. You won 1.5 pendants in the temple games. Who?s going first? (Wait for response) Very well, Lydia, when Kirk gives the signal, you?ll race through the gate into the temple and make your way towards the 38th folio of William Shakespeare. Hidden inside the temple are temple guards assigned to protect three specific rooms. You can trade your pendant for an extra life and go on, but if you?re caught without a pendant, you?ll be taken out of the temple and it will be Jeffries turn to try his luck. Somewhere inside the temple is another half pendant if you find it and your carrying the other half you will get an extra life if you reach the folio, all the doors in the temple will instantly unlock, and the temple guards will vanish. Return through the gates with the folio within three minutes, and you will both be handsomely rewarded. And here?s how: (reads prizes).

KIRK:
OK. Let?s get into position and see if we can win some prizes. Mouthpieces in. Olmec, will you lower your gate please? (Wait for gate to lower). Put three minutes on the clock. On your mark. Get set. Go!

Name of Artifact: the 38th folio of William Shakespeare
Season: 4
Layout: 6
Result: Ran out of time
Time Remaining: N/A
Team: Orange Iguanas
Pendants Won: 1.5
Location of Artifact: The Dark rain forest

Summary: Lydia started out by running to the crypt where a temple guard was hiding she made her way to the leap of faith where she tried to jump the chasm but no dice so she went down to the laser light and made her way to the ancient warriors and headed down to the jesters court the first painting worked but to door to the dark rain forest did not open so she went back up and headed to the shrine where a second guard was. Jeffries ran as fast as he could into the temple jumped the chasm grabbed the half pendant and made his way to the shrine. He assembled the statue got lucky in the lightning ball room with 12 seconds left slide down got slowed down by the temple guard and couldn?t quite make it into the dark rain forest. Note: when Lydia enters the laser light room instead of simply breaking through the paper covers she pulls of the slides holding them up

My notes: i could'nt get the picture of the graph up and yes i know that it is a little historically inacurate

You have to surround the url of the pic in the tags you have up there, but it has to be saved to a place like Imageshack or Photobucket
