The camera zooms out from a close-up shot of some rubble in front of the Tropical Forest, then switches to a shot of Kirk with his hands on the Purple Parrots? shoulders.
?Welcome back to Legends,? he says. ?John and Emily have proven themselves worthy and now have earned the right to enter Olmec?s temple. But first, Olmec?s going to give them some information to help them retrieve The Secret Saddle?of General Grant.?
Olmec begins his rundown:
?You could start by climbing through the Tigers' Den and climbing down into the Jungle Crevice. Crawl through the pit, then race into the Treasury of the Monkeys. Find the right bunch of bananas, and you could choose to go up into the Anaconda's Sanctuary, or into the Tropical Forest. If you escape, you might have a chance to enter the Secret Woods. Reach into the log and find the key, or plow through the wall and into the Lion Cage.
?There, ride the elevator up, and into the Catfish Cove. Find the correct bucket, and open the door to the Shriiiiine?of the Silver Monkey?where you can grab the Secret Saddle. Assemble the statue, and you may be headed for the vine drop. Pull the vines to open the doors, and race up to the Wildebeasts' Hideout. Turn the correct horn, and swing on the vine across the Crevice. Then, pass thru the Room of the Tropicana Birds, race down the stairs, and back through the temple gates. The choices are yours and yours alone. You won one and a half pendants in the temple games. Who's going first??
?I am!? replies John.
?Very well, John!? replies Olmec. ?When Kirk gives the signal, you'll race through the gates into the temple, and make your way towards the Secret Saddle. Hidden inside the temple are temple guards assigned to protect three specific rooms. You can trade your pendant for an extra life and go on but if you're caught without a pendant, you'll be taken out of the temple...and it will be Emily's turn to enter and try her luck. Hidden somewhere in the temple is the other half of your pendant. If you can find it, and you?re carrying the other half, you will earn an extra life. If you can reach the Secret Saddle, all the doors of the temple will instantly unlock and the temple guards will vanish. Return through the gates with The Secret Saddle of General Grant in three minutes, and you will both be handsomely rewarded? and here's how!?

?Busch Gardens?I love it!? says Kirk. ?We?ll see if we can get them there. Let?s get in position?and let?s put three minutes on the clock!?
The clock slams down in the corner of the screen. ?Olmec, lower your gate!? The gate lowers as Olmec moans and the lights around him switch off. ?On your marks, get set?GO!?
?There goes John! Into the temple!? Kirk begins his running commentary as John jogs up the stairs and pulls himself under the small branch and down the slide. ?He?s going into the Tigers? Den!? says Kirk, as John drops down into the depths of the brightly-lit room?but up pops the first TEMPLE GUARD! John tosses a pendant down into the caverns, and quickly composes himself to head down the crawl space into the Jungle Crevice. [2:43] ?From there, he?s got a couple choices?it looks like he?s going down,? comments Kirk, ?down into the Treasury of the Monkeys!? John scrambles up the ladder, grabs one bunch of bananas and places it on the altar. Nothing happens, so he swipes it off, climbs up again, and grabs another bunch. This time, he places it on the altar and holds it there?and a monkey screams in happiness, the altar glows, the room darkens, and the doors to the Tropical Forest and the Anaconda?s Sanctuary open. John chooses the former, and enters the Tropical Forest. [2:24] He wades across the murky swamp-like foundation, but before he can reach the other end, a slightly-delayed second temple guard jumps out to capture him with 2:19 left on the clock!
Because the room is so dark, even Kirk delays for a few seconds before he shouts, ?Oh! Go, Emily! Go!? Emily jogs up the stairs and around the corner behind Olmec, sliding headfirst down the slide into the Tigers? Den?something not done often, as it can really slow players down, which seems to be happening to Emily here, but she makes up lost time and scrambles through the Tigers? Den, hopping onto the ledges. She crawls down the tube into the Jungle Crevice, then pulls herself under the doorway and into the Treasury of the Monkeys. [2:01] ?If anyone can save the day,? comments Kirk, ?it?ll be Emily, the mile runner!? She runs right through the Treasury, and dives headfirst into the? ?Swampy murk of the Tropical Forest!? yells Kirk. ?Will she make it through the Tropical Forest? Will she?uh oh!? Emily seems to be caught up in some vines hanging off a ladder, and trips, stumbling and planting her head face-first into the swamp. ?Oh no,? says Kirk, ?the Forest can reeeeaaaally slow you down,? says Kirk, stretching the word. [1:50] She manages to hit the actuator to the lower door of the Secret Woods however, and it opens up to let her pull herself through.
[1:43] Emily slides down and hits the charred floor of the Secret Woods on her behind?hard. ?She might feel that one in the morning,? says Kirk. ?But is she going to find that key?? She stands up, walks through some charcoal-looking material, and peels the top off the rotting log. ?It?s tough, because all that rotten wood inside?? Emily searches for the key among the shredded wood, even emptying most of the shreds out of the log, but with no luck. ?Break through the wall then!? advises Kirk. Emily makes one last search, then hits the wall with both hands, walks over the pile of fallen stones, and climbs over the small stone ledge and into the Lion Cage with 1:21 left on the clock. Emily climbs up the ladder to the Shrine, and hits the actuator?but with no luck. ?She?s going to have to go up the cage to the Catfish Cove Room,? states Kirk, a little unnecessarily. Emily climbs down the ladder, runs over to the cage, maneuvers around the lion statue and crawls inside the elevator part of the cage. ?She has to take the elevator,? says Kirk as the elevator starts to separate from the metal bars, ?And that?s gonna cost her a little time?? John starts cheering her on, as the elevator slowly rises up into the Catfish Cove.
Emily finally reaches the second floor, opens the cage door on top, and emerges into the Catfish Cove with precisely one minute remaining. ?GO!? hollers John from the sidelines. ?GO!!? Emily unhooks one of the fish?from the stage-rightmost fish, and places it in the first bucket. The doors remain locked, so she?instead of using the first fish?makes another trip to the back of the room and grabs the second fish off the hook to the right of the temple guard door, and places it in the second bucket. [0:53] She then grabs it out, and puts it in the leftmost bucket, opening the door to the Shrine of the Silver Monkey with 48 seconds remaining! ?One room away!? says Kirk. ?Grab the?grab the saddle! Grab?SHE?S GOT IT! SHE?S GOT IT! ALL THE DOORS ARE OPEN!? Both Kirk and John go wild when Emily grabs the rather large SILVER SADDLE with 43 seconds on the clock. ?Will she take the right route?? asks Kirk rhetorically, as Emily jogs through the Vine Drop and crawls into the Anaconda?s Sanctuary?where for some reason, the door upward still remains locked. [0:35] ?Move, Emily, move! You?ve got to keep moving!? says Kirk. ?Come on, into the Pit of Despair?? Emily reaches the top ledge of the Jungle Crevice?but jumps down into the foam blocks instead! ?Oh dear, she?s not going the easy way!? comments Kirk as Emily crawls into the Tigers? Den as fast as she can.
[0:22] ?Keep going?go hard! Go fast! Reach the gates?? says Kirk, as the audience cheers loudly. Emily climbs up onto the final ledge, and runs up the slide out of view behind Olmec? ?Will she make it?? asks Kirk. ?Will she make it pass the gate?I think she?s gonna?SHE MADE IT! SHE MADE IT!? Emily bounds down the entire set of stairs and lands on the ground to hug John to record the victory with 14 seconds left! ?SHE MADE IT!? shouts Kirk. ?Unbelievable! This was a strong Purple Parrots team all day?they got it all folks! The gift money, the laptop?they?re going to Busch Gardens! YES! Good job, Purple Parrots! Give me some five!?
The credits scroll as various ending scenes are shown: Kirk and the Purple Parrots team group hugging, some foliage in front of the Secret Woods, and the empty shelves of the Shrine of the Silver Monkey. Finally, the camera fades out, and the light bulb-Nickelodeon logo is shown as an electric buzzing noise is heard.
