Here's the rest of the layouts. Again, I'm sorry if there's any rooms that share their names with the ones you made up. Just let me know if the objectives match too and i'll see what I can do to fix it.
All layouts' rooms are given in a counter-clockwise order. I've also boldfaced any room changes to make it easier to read.
Season 2Layout VThe Room of Temple Gongs— Not to be confused with the Room of the Royal Gongs from the actual show. There's a set of six gongs in the front of the room resembling those at the end of the Moat, and similarly each one's a different color. You just need to hit the gong that matches your team's color to open the door.
The Great Chasm
The Laser Light Room— A metal column lies in the middle of the room, and there are four rotatable pieces in the column and a dome on top. Each movable piece has a slightly lighter gray section— it's actually a dimmed light behind a piece of glass. If a movable piece is in the right position, the light in that section brightens. And once all four pieces are in the right place, the dome fills with light and the doors open. (Put simply: "Find the right combination to unleash the power of the laser.")
The Burial Pit— Same objective as Season 1, new wallpaper for the center room. The walls are now a copper brown, with a mystical black pattern on them (more on that later.)
The Knights' Barracks— I haven't taken out anything from the Room of the Ancient Warriors except for the levers in the suits of armor. There's a sheath jammed into the head of each suit of armor, and a sword in the front of the room. The sword will fit into any one of the three sheaths, but only one sheath will open the door. The armor can still be possessed.
The Shrine of the Silver Monkey
The Dark Overlook— A tricky one, sure, but a favorite of mine. It's like taking the Room of Three Torches, blowing out all the lights, and now you have to correctly place
all three torches. Alson the tip of a torch is made of a cylindrical piece of glass containing a lightbulb. Once a torch is in the correct pedestal, the tip of it will light up. Correctly placing all three torches will open the door.
The Pharaoh's Secret Passage
The Dungeon— Just like in the real show except for having to use the Pharaoh's Secret Passage to ascend into the room above.
The Switch Inferno— Just like in Season 1, Layout IV. I've placed 24 actuators all throughout the room (8 per wall), but only one— if any at all— opens the golden doors.
The Junction of the Secret Shafts
The Forbidden Fountain— Well, they put back the altar that was in the Tomb of the Headless Kings, but now there's an aged scales in the room as well. On the altar are four bowls similar to the one stuck on one side of the scales. The player needs to place a bowl on the other end of the scales, and if they pick right, the scales tip in the other direction to indicate that the doors are open.
The Crevasse— The Ledges re-painted a light blue.
Layout VI The Room of Temple Gongs
The Bridge (Not a typo, it's just not called The Troubled Bridge.)
The Laser Light Room
The Dragon's Lair— They hung a big dragon mouth around the door leading up into the Laser Light Room, and leaned four horns on the railing in the front of the room. Once all four are correctly placed, the mystical pattern on the walls will glow a bright violet and the doors will open.
The Knights' Barracks
The Shrine of the Silver Monkey
The Dark Overlook
The Pharaoh's Secret Passage
The Dungeon
The Switch Inferno
The Junction of the Secret Shafts
The Crystal Cave— It looks like there was more light blue paint left over for when they made the Crevasse. The room also looks like it's made of ice and frozen rock, complete with three long stalactites. The stalactites can be detached from the ceiling, and once the correct one is pulled down the doors will open.
The Mine Shaft— It's actually exactly like the Rock Quarry except for one detail: The number of rocks you need to throw in the bucket keeps changing.
The Crevasse
Layout VII The Room of Temple Gongs
The Bridge
The Laser Light Room
The Dragon's Lair
The Knights' Barracks
The Shrine of the Silver Monkey
The Planetarium— This room contains a astronomic model which consists of four colorful spheres and orbital rings. The player needs to spin the sphere to open the doors leading into the Shrine of the Silver Monkey or the Abandoned Cave.
The Abandoned Cave— The Pharaoh's Secret Passage has been boarded up to add to the look of this room. There's alot of huge rocks and rubble lying around, and the player just needs to make it to the ladder leading upward into the Planetarium. (The producers cut a door out of the floor of the top corner room before they began filming the first episodes of Season 2.)
The Switch Inferno— The objective is a lot easier now, since there are only 12 actuators rather than 24 like before.
The Junction of the Secret Shafts
The Crystal Cave
The Mine Shaft
The Crevasse
Layout VIII The Arctic Antechamber— Three "doorways" containing ice walls (kinda like the rock wall in the Switch Inferno, only thinner and light blue) are located in this room. The player needs to run through the correct ice wall to advance in the Temple.
The Bridge
The Laser Light Room
The Dragon's Lair
The Knights' Barracks
The Shrine of the Silver Monkey
The Geographer's Study— A bookshelf is located in the back of the room; there are a lot of atlases and encyclopedias, but only three— the largest atlases, each marked "ACTUATOR" on their spine— can open the door. The player will need to pull the correct book off the shelf to open the door, but there might be a Temple Guard hiding on the other side of the bookshelf.
The Pharaoh's Secret PassageThe Dungeon— Nothing is different from the room with the same name in Layouts V and VI. (The door directly connecting the upper and lower corner rooms has been made inactive again, too.)
The Switch Inferno
The Junction of the Secret Shafts
The Crystal Cave
The Mine Shaft
The Crevasse
Layout IX The Arctic Antechamber
The Great Chasm The Laser Light Room
The Cathedral— A fake stained-glass window is in the center of the room, but a few pieces of the window are missing. The missing sections are located in the front of the room, and the player must correctly place them all. Once the window is complete, the mystical pattern on the walls will glow an eerie violet and the doors will open.

The Labyrinth— A bunch of new walls have been placed in the room (which looks like
this from above), so the Junction of the Secret Shafts is actually a bit of a challenge.
The Lost Treasury— The altar is no longer covered in the fake ice and frozen rock, and no more icicles on the ceiling. But there is a big treasure box right behind the ladder in the room, containing four of the artifacts previous teams failed to reach (specifically: the Missing Log Book of Tenzing Norgay, Helen of Troy's Mystical Mirror, the Stolen Crown of the False Dmitriy and the Melted Lamp of Paul Revere.) The player must place the correct one on the pedestal on the altar to open any doors.
The Crevasse

EDIT 12/06/10: For convenience, the Season 3 layouts as well:
Season 3Layout XIThe Room of the Ancient Masks— And so, the top entrance room returns to a typical upper-left room set up. It's not much different from the Room of the Three Gargoyles.
The Pit of Despair— Despite being called the "Pit of Despair," this room doesn't quite resemble any of the other rooms by that name. It's a bit more like the Pit of the Pendulum with thin side ledges on the left and right walls, but two catwalks connect the side ledges of the room.
The Observatory— A shout-out goes to TBK for this room, partly inspired by his Lookout Tower. A telescope just in front of the ladder in the room has to be used to read writing off of the far wall above the audience, but the writing is actually a simple command that has to be followed rather than shouted out. At the front of the room are two altars, each with three celestial models on top (on the left, Mercury, Venus and the Sun; on the right, the Moon, Saturn and Jupiter), and the objective involves these in some way.
The Central Dock— Two masts and a crow's nest are located around the room and must be placed in the ship just in front of the ladder leading downwards (it doesn't matter which mast the crow's nest rests on).
The Den of Totem Poles— Think the "stone column" Observatory from Season 2 of the original show, only doubled. Two totem poles with three faces each are positioned on either side of the ladder leading downwards, and all six faces need to be turned toward the audience.
The Shrine of the Silver Monkey
The Pirate's CoveThe Graveyard of Ships— Two graves are positioned in the back of the room where the Temple Guard door would usually be. In order to enter the Pirate's Cove or Shrine of the Silver Monkey, players have to step on the actuator in the correct grave... at the risk of being grabbed by a Temple Guard-possessed pirate buried in one of the graves.
The Viper's Nest— Almost the same as in the original show, but the third snake jar now hides a key rather than a snake that has to be pulled out.
The Bamboo Forest— Same as the original show, only with the "secret passages" concept added in.
The Lost Treasury— It should be noted that while most of the set has switched to much brighter lighting reminiscent of the original show's opening season, this particular room space in the temple remains very dim to create an atmosphere that matches many of the rooms in this space for Season 3.

Layout XIII (Hawaiian Layout)
The Room of the Ancient Masks
The Coconut Harvest/The Upper Terrace— The Upper Terrace is essentially the same as the catwalk portion of the Pit of Despair, only with added guardrails around the catwalks and side ledges so that a player entering from the Room of the Ancient Masks can only choose the two upper doors and a player coming from the Cave can only choose the bottom one. Throughout the Coconut Harvest portion of the room are different palm trees with a total of ten coconuts hidden in them— the player need only find five to place in a bucket, but obtaining them may require anything from pulling on vines to searching foliage to climbing the walls to reach the coconuts in the trees.
The Observatory
The Central Reef— This room contains two puzzles. To go on, a player may need to either pull five fish from a small tank and hook them to the side walls, or solve a three-dimensional coral puzzle surrounding the ladder leading downward. Square-rings of coral surround the ladder, and the six layers are each covered in protrusions and indents akin to "teeth." If properly turned, all the layers will fit into each other— accomplishing this counts as completing the objective, but only one of the two objectives is the correct one.
The Tiki Village— Two rather large tiki idols are located on either side of the ladder in place of the totem poles, and raised grooves surround them, creating a path. This path leads to a floor actuator in the back of the room, a distance behind the ladder, and the player needs to push the correct idol on top of the actuator to weigh it down and open any doors.

The Tropical Treasure Trove— Seeing a huge makeover from earlier layouts, this room is now three walls full of plant life and numerous hiding spaces. Plenty of fruits can be found, but also a large ruby, sapphire and pearl. Each of these gems fits on only one of the three pedestals scattered around the room, and the correct gem must be placed on its proper pedestal in order for any doors to open.

The Temple Bestiary— Toucans and golden monkeys and crocodiles, oh my! One of each of these animals is located in a cage in this room, but they are not properly arranged. Players need to rearrange the animals so that each is in its correct cage (five possible combinations, as the default is incorrect) to open a door.
The Cave
Layout XVII (Tournament of Champions II Layout)
The Room of the Ancient Masks
Fragile Falls— This is where the fog machines come in, despite the brighter lighting. The fog machine in the back of the room, turned on high, resembles a powerful waterfall, which is emphasized by the use of blue and green balls rather than the typical foam blocks in the pit below. Numerous fallen timbers also litter the bottom portion of the room, and in place of the catwalks are a couple random vines hanging from the ceiling and a rickety bridge which includes multiple breakaway planks. A player may switch floors in this room.
The Observatory
Medusa's Lair— Players will have to place four snakes rather than two in this brief reappearance of the room.
