What if the Pit/King's Storeroom entry wasn't blocked off for Jessica in "The Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain?"

She would've had a shot at a solo victory in that case. And with that case, this win would not be as amazing because the team would've only needed five rooms to reach the Lost Hornpipe. So it was better for her to ascend the central shaft to show us her true talents. 

What if Miriam was never removed in the Dark Forest by a temple guard in the Bandit Queen run?

The team probably wouldn't have won.

What if Katie had gone in first instead of Jared in "The Mystical Spellbook of the Imperial Wizard?"

They would've had a more legit shot at reaching the Mystical Spellbook. Katie was both faster and smarter than Jared. She would've completed the rooms quicker and probably wouldn't have missed the Quicksand Bog door like Jared did. And being taken out one room away, I don't see Jared screwing up and entering the Dark Forest. It was still a tough layout though.

What if Kristen never entered the Room of the Mandarin Hand at all and went into the Observatory directly (and finding the half-pendant) in the "Polynesian Girl" temple run?

It would've probably been a close win.

What if Tara and Cheater din't go down the central shaft while exiting with the Medal of Sir Edmund Hillary and the Treasure of Anne Bonny, respectively?

They would've won their respective runs.

What if the Green Monkeys did not blow it in the tiebreaker in "The Electrified Key of Benjamin Franklin?"

They could've had a chance at winning, depending on their strategy in the temple. The layout was not that hard at all to begin with and there was a chance at a solo victory. But in the end, I am glad Peter and Michelle went to the temple after that choke job.

What if Renee found the half-pendant in the Nzinga run?

She probably would've won, even if she couldn't bush through the wall.

What if Jason didn't take forever exiting in "The Broken Wing of Icarus?"

He would've easily won, especially considering his temple run ended right when he was about to exit the Ledges. Just two more seconds would've had an Emiliano Zapata ending for him. It still was his own fault for losing though, he deserved it.

What if Shane was taken out in the Shrine or King's Storeroom in Ahmed Baba?

It would've been just like "Leopard Skin Cloak of Annie Oakley." Jamie wouldn't have nearly enough time to reach the artifact.

What if Levi and Candace from "The Marble Armrest of Xerxes" went to the temple instead?

Then that run wouldn't have been nearly as pathetic.

What if the Silver Snakes had gone to the temple instead of the Red Jaguars in "The Keys to the Alhambra"?

What if the Green Monkeys did not go to the temple as often in Season 3?

They might not have been as strong as they are right now. Considering that they had quite a few wins in S3 (Sforza, Apanuugpak, Chandragupta, and Pirate Captain). Not to mention, they had some very strong teams too (Imperial Wizard, Ivan the Terrible, and Empress Eugenie.) I guess it depends which episodes would've been ones where they don't enter the temple.

What if Jammin John went into the temple first instead of Jennifer in Galileo's Cannonball?
