Legends Interview Collection
« on: January 03, 2013, 04:02:30 AM »
It's been a while since Legends has come, so I think it would be good for people to share any interviews that people have done with Kirk Fogg or any of the contestants that have popped up over the years:

Something like this:

Does anyone here have the interview for Tiffani? That is the one that I can't find.

The Tiffani interview is fake. You won't find that anywhere.

Yeah, I think that interview is legit. We were talking about it in the Main Spam topic a couple of nights ago. It was a long read, but it is definitely worth and interesting. Here are some interesting highlights of the interview:

Keeli from "The Stone Marker of Leif Erickson":
- Her episode took 12 hours to produce altogether.
- Keeli stated her partner Chris was an idiot and felt that she did most of the work.
- Keeli had to restart her temple run at least three different times because of malfunctioning equipment in the temple.
- The producers never gave Keeli and Chris a rundown of the temple besides the one Olmec provided.
- Keeli was terrified of going into the Bamboo Forest do to the temple guard in there.
- The temple guard she encountered in the Observatory put her in tears.
- Her younger brother appeared on a Season 2 episode as a Blue Barracuda, but his team never made it past the Steps of Knowledge.

Here is her profile and several comments she made in that article:

I found a new interview from Keeli who appeared on the "Stone Marker of Leif Erikson" talks about her experience and I realize that it might have been a much more darker kids show than it appears.

It seems like Nick TV practices were much more lenient and free than today. And hearing that Marc Summers did some crazy shit during his time, just like Legends as a whole.

I think Season 1 in general was a mess. It just didn't seem organized at all and most of the episodes seemed awkward. If you read the S2 and S3 player interviews, they seem to have a lot of fun on the show. But judging from Keeli's and Jammin John's interview, they had to put up with a lot in their S1 episodes. Both of those players had to redo certain portions of their temple run. Jammin John had the Mine Shaft elevator get stuck and I believe Keeli had to restart her temple run at least 3 times. I do feel bad for some of these S1 teams. Especially the Dead Man's Hand and Belshazzar kids.

Also, as much as Keeli seems to hate her experience in the Stone Marker episode, I am sure she had a lot of fun too. She was always smiling in her episode and everything.

Jennifer was the one to give her interview, not Jammin' John. But yeah, Season 1 was so sloppily produced. It's a miracle that they even got through the season at all honestly. And Keeli DID say she still had fun being on a "top secret" show that had not aired yet.
