Darn, David should've been a little higher too. 

To kick off the top 10, Shem from "The Golden Earring of Henry Morgan" is now dismissed from this list. He was a great contestant that followed up on Ashley's path nicely, but I think we have enough evidence now to prove that the Room of the Mandarin Hand DID open from the King's Storeroom. Not that it would've mattered because the team was low on time anyways, but it would've made for an exciting last second victory.

However, I thought her layout was somewhat easy, her speed was SLIGHTLY above average, and she struggled a little bit with the Silver Monkey. 9th place is a good spot for her.

List has been updated. And it's about to be updated even more with my vote to get rid of Elisa from The Discarded Seal of Ivan the Terrible. She was a solid player, who probably would have won had they not had such an awful layout. But let's face it, a loss is a loss. She really doesn't deserve to be Top 5 honestly.

And I personally thought David should have been Top 5, if not Top 3. He was a solid player who made little to no mistakes. If the likes of Ty and Gator didn't win, I would have wanted David to win. I don't see what's so wrong with him really....

I'm giving 7th place to the last player from a losing team: Travis (The Discarded Seal of Ivan the Terrible). This guy was fast and smart, but got stuck with the worst layout ever. I think it's only fitting if both he and Elisa finish consecutively in the top 10, just short of the top 5. Both players are definitely top 10 material despite being in a losing run.

This was a very hard decision and I had to give this vote a lot of thought, but I think Jarrid from "The Lost Hornpipe of the Pirate Captain" needs to go next. Both him and Jessica were probably the best team to enter the temple. They scaled the entire central shaft and reached the artifact and brought it out in time. However, that one brief moment when Jarrid reached the Room of the Secret Password would've been fatal if there was a temple guard there. I think the top 5 suits him well though.

This is too hard. I'm giving 4th place to Ty (The Lucky Medallion of Atocha). Great player, yes. However, he got very lucky with the path he took and he completed the Viper's Nest objective when he didn't need to. Also, he dropped his pendant at the start and got it back. If "Jennifer" hadn't given him back his pendant, we never would've seen what Ty was capable of. This is only based on flaws, and the other three don't have very many notable flaws. Sorry guys, but Ty is put in 4th place.

The #3 spot goes to Zac from The Secret Map of the Bandit Queen. He was a phenomenal player and he BLAZED through every room he entered. What stops him from being THE #1 spot is the fact that he didn't really have any objectives to work with. Jarrid and Gator had objectives, but Zac really didn't.

I'm gonna have a lot of people hating me for this final blow, but I have to make Gator #2. Both Gator and Jessica were great. No, epic! But Jessica devoured the central shaft and she had more rooms to conquer which she did extremely well. If I had a choice, both would be at #1, but I decided on Jessica.

Wow, didn't expect Jessica to win it all.  She was definitely a beast though in the temple and laid a great path for Jarrid to follow. Scaling the central shaft is never easy, but Jessica made it look like there was nothing to it. A good choice for a worthy winner.

I am not disappointed though with any of these results  either. I think the top 20 is great with a couple of contestants who should've been higher. David and Jennifer from Map to the Lost Gold Mine could've finished a little higher.
