Out go the Holes of Python.  I don't mind that the room was more challenging than most of the other "hit the actuator" rooms, but the time it took to pass through the room didn't really vary enough from player to player.

Out goes the Room of the Ancient Warriors.  Too many people stalled there because of the guards (either avoiding them or being held for too long), you couldn't go down from the room any more, and it was just pretty cramped.
