When are we going to get to the first interesting match of round 1?

My vote should be obvious, but I'll keep it a secret for now.

Another easy vote for me too. Both episodes are pretty boring, but Blackfeet Chief is memorable all the way through with no glaring weaknesses. Mata Hari has too many things wrong. I will reveal my vote when time is up, but there won't be a surprise if we get another unanimous match-up.

Yeah, all of them have been pretty obvious so far. But most first rounds of tournaments are like that. The later rounds get more exciting as more deserving episodes move on. And be glad we don't get sucky episode vs. sucky episode like Snow Cone vs. Alhambra.

Another shutout, Mata Hari was an undeserving episode. Even though Blackfeet Chief was a forgettable one, I'll let it slide over Mata Hari.

Yeah, this vote was painfully obvious as well. Yes Blackfeet Chief was a forgettable episode, but it was either that, or temple games not being called properly and a poor performance all around.

Yeah, my vote went to "Blackfeet Chief" also. I liked this episode, although it really should've been a win. Leah and Brandon were kind of sluggish in the temple. But at least the reached the artifact and almost came close to bringing it out. And Brandon had one of the fastest Silver Monkeys assemblies ever. "Mata Hari" on the other hand was full of too many glaring errors. The temple games were among the worst I have seen in the series. The temple run was pretty boring and lackluster too. I thought that Garrett did fine, but Rinette was slow and a lost cause. You should make it farther than the Throne Room with 40 seconds to yourself. The only thing I like about "Mata Hari" is the legend. Everything else sucked.
