The Treasure Room / Legends: Evolution
« on: August 09, 2013, 11:04:18 AM »
Yeah, I know, I had that other thread. But I'm thinking of redoing all this mainly because my first pieces of work.... Well, they were sh**. (I let a team win while entering all rooms. Like, what?) I'm gonna make Season 4 first, then do the new and improved Seasons.

In case you need to know how my rules for the "Evolution" version works out, with certain changes:
There are 17 rooms, including a shaft at the left and another 2 rooms at the extreme left.
There will be 2 to 4 pendants.
There will be an extra game between the Steps and the Temple Games.
3 will go into the Temple Games.
There is an extra Team Temple Game.
In the individual games, 1st receives 1 pendant, 2nd receives half, 3rd gets none. Ties are included. If it's a furthest along thing, see who was further along in the games. Team with the lowest pendant score after the individual games leave the show, then it's a break. Same scoring system for Team Games.
There will be 5 minutes and 5 temple guards.
There will be 8 teams, including the Golden Eagles and the Black Pirahnas.
For those with 3 pendants or less, full pendants will be provided in the temple.

The Heart Room / RJF's Ranking of Every Contestant
« on: April 08, 2013, 07:10:05 PM »
Yay, a ranking thread!

As the title says, I'll be ranking each contestant. Each contestant will have a score for each round. I'll also be putting more weight on later rounds to even things out.

Notes:
Luck-based games aren't counted into this because there is no skill involved whatsoever.
If the person did not answer a single question on the Steps, I can't give them a score.
Tiebreakers will only add/subtract one point to the Steps Of Knowledge part of the scoring.

This time will be different. I'll score contestants based on the episodes you request me to do. So start the requesting.

3
Yeah, managed to create that survey for the Legends Rooms.

Once I get all the active members' input, I'll post the results in a ranking. And I'll do a few at a time like TBK's music list. Here's the link.

The Temple Games / Hurt And Heal: Male Players Temple Run
« on: April 11, 2012, 01:29:10 PM »
Restarting the thread because of the new and returning members. Basically add from one contestant and deduct from another. You can vote twice a day as long as the posts are at least 6 hours apart. And because TAW mentioned that the last game took over a year, I reduced the points to 3.

Beginning: 1 point
60 players: 2 points
30 players: 4 points
15 players: 8 points
5 players: 24 points

In the event that a player has less points than how much you want to deduct, you can use the leftover amount to deduct on another player. (e.g. You have to deduct 6 points but this player has 3 left. Once that player is gone, you still need to deduct 3 more points, so you take them from another player)

Episode 129 (3x49): The Baton of Ludwig van Beethoven

The camera manoeuvers through a lot of plants and stops in front of an ancient Mayan Temple. Then, a talking stone head appears and says:
LEGENDS OF THE HIDDEN TEMPLE! (The pendant logo appears and the background shows the whole temple) With your guide, KIRK FOGG! (The pendant logo breaks into pieces) AND HERE HE IS NOW!!!!

Kirk swings in to the set and lands. He then says:
Thank you very much! Thank you! Nice to see you! Nice to see you, Olmec! Welcome to Legends of the Hidden Temple. The rooms are filled with lost treasures that are protected by mysterious Mayan Temple Guards. Only Olmec knows the legend of each of the treasures of his temple. Which one are we gonna here about today?

Olmec: The legend of the Baton of Ludwig van Beethoven

Kirk: Ooh, The Baton of Ludwig Van Beethoven. Well, one of these teams will have a chance to retrieve the Missing Charts. Will it be... (The camera shows the team up close)

The Red Jaguars?
The Blue Barracudas?
The Green Monkeys?
The Orange Iguanas?
The Purple Parrots?
The Silver Snakes?

(The camera goes back to Kirk) They'll have to pass a lot of physical and mental tests, and in the end only on team will earn the right to enter Olmec's temple. But first, they'll have to cross the Moat, and Olmec will tell us how they'll have to do it today.

Olmec: Before you lie a spider’s web. When Kirk gives the signal, make your through the web and get to the other side. If you fall off or if your touches the water, you must go back and begin again. When both players reach the other side, run over and hit the gong!

(Kirk hits the Silver Snake gong to demonstrate)

Olmec: The first 4 teams to hit their gong will go on to the next round.

Kirk: Alright. Teams! Are you ready?

(The teams indicate they're ready)

Kirk: Olmec, are you ready?

Olmec: Let's rock and roll!

Kirk: On your marks, get set, GO!

(The girls start, and they try to get their footing right, but the Blue Barracudas and Red Jaguars lose it and fall in)

Kirk: This takes a lot of balance!

(The Green Monkey and Purple Parrot girls make it while the Orange Iguana and Silver Snake girls are tangled up in the web. The Red Jaguar and Blue Barracuda girl start again)

Kirk: Green and Purple in the lead! The other teams need to scramble!

(The Green Monkey guy makes it to the other side and hits the gong, followed closely by the Purple Parrots. The others are still scrambling to the other side, with the Orange Iguana girl making it by the skin of her teeth)

Kirk: Orange has one across, she needs the other! Oh, the Red Jaguars fall in again.

(The Blue Barracuda girl makes it to the other side along with the Silver Snake girl. The Orange Iguana guy is almost through the Moat)

Kirk: Do we have our third team? Yes, it’s the Orange Iguanas! We need one more!

(The Silver Snake guy is neck and neck with the Blue Barracuda guy, but one of them falls into the Moat while the other hits their gong)

Kirk: That’s it! We’ve got our four teams! (walks up to the Purple Parrots) You guys did a great job there in the web. Going on to the Steps of Knowledge are the Purple Parrots, and the Orange Iguanas, and the Green Monkeys, and the Blue Barracudas. The Red Jaguars and the Silver Snakes aren’t going away empty-handed. We’ve got a nice gift for them, here’s what it.

The Heart Room / Who truly is the worst girl?
« on: November 14, 2011, 09:28:02 PM »
While I agree that Jon is the worst guy ever, I'm starting to rethink who the worst girl ever is.

I mean Kim was stupid enough to not see the actuators, and Lisa didn't make the effort of going forwards, two things even dumb Tia could do. Even then, Lisa tried to use the key in the Tomb of the Ancient Kings. I think Kim is truly the worst. What do you think?

If the second player falls into the water, both of you must begin again. Once both of you are across, run over and hit the gong!

(The Green Monkeys hit their gong while the other teams are halfway through, with the exception of the Purple Parrots)

Kirk: Purple Parrots must catch up! The other teams are close!

(The Red Jaguars, the Blue Barracudas and the Orange Iguanas manage to hit their gongs just before the Silver Snakes hit theirs)

(The camera goes back to Kirk) They'll have to pass a lot of physical and mental tests, and in the end only on team will earn the right to enter Olmec's temple. But first, they'll have to cross the Moat, and Olmec will tell us how they'll have to do it today.

Olmec: Before you lies a hollow log floating in the Moat. When Kirk gives the signal, the first player will roll the log to the other side, with their partner moving on top of the log. If the second player falls into the water, both of you must begin again. Once both of you are across, run over and hit the gong!

(Kirk hits the Silver Snake gong to demonstrate)

Olmec: The first 4 teams to hit their gong will go on to the next round.

Kirk: Alright. Teams! Are you ready?

(The teams indicate they're ready)

Kirk: Olmec, are you ready?

Olmec: Let?s rock!

Kirk: On your marks, get set, GO!

(All the teams start off strong, and it actually is neck and neck)

Kirk: Wow, these teams are fast.

(All the teams are safely across and everyone hit the gongs, but from the looks of it, the Blue Barracudas and the Green Monkeys gongs aren?t on)

Kirk: That?s it! We have our 4 teams. (Kirk walks to the Silver Snakes) Wow, you were incredible along with the other teams! Going on to the Steps of Knowledge are the Silver Snakes, and the Purple Parrots, and the Orange Iguanas, and the Red Jaguars.

Kirk: The Green Monkeys and the Blue Barracudas gave a great effort. They?re not going away empty-handed, here?s what we got for them.

Announcer: A savings bond from Nestle Quik (Description).
