Because Jennifer didn't pick the worst way out of the Temple and knew how to put together a Silver Monkey.
Planning in the Temple is important. If Joel didn't have the speed, he would end up exactly like Ron from "The Treasure of Anne Bonny." And if putting the Silver Monkey isn't a factor in deciding which player is good and which isn't, then why was the Shrine present in all three seasons? They didn't keep the Heart Room for three seasons, did they? The Shrine was kept because it was one of the most challenging rooms of the Temple.
Legends is a test of physical AND mental abilities. It's not brawn over brain all the time.
Moccasins... haven't we been through this already? All Mitchell did was past through a bunch of hit-the-actuator rooms... plus, he tried to put together the monkey even though all the doors were open.

And don't give me crap like "HE PLANND TEH PART WHERE HE W3NT DOWN THRU TEH TREASUUR CHEST ZOMG1111!1111!111" because it's far more likely that he opened the treasure chest simply because it was the only thing in that room and it just so happened that the door was unlocked that day.
If "The Belly Button of Buddha" is going, so is "John Sutter and the Map to the Lost Gold Mine." The players in that one weren't bad - they were probably up on-par with some other Temple Runs left in the game - but the only real objective they had to complete was the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, unlike many of the remaining runs.
