The Heart Room / The Room of the Ancient Warriors
« on: January 19, 2007, 12:35:56 AM »
If you've seen Season 3 before (which I assume everyone here has) you know that the doors between the Room of the Ancient Warriors to the Jester's Court do not exist anymore. But if you look closely, you can see circles on the ground when the camera shows the contestants walking through. Are those the doors?

The Heart Room / Another Wheel Room Question
« on: January 17, 2007, 11:42:14 PM »
Okay, I'm not a very big Season 1 fan, but in the episodes that feature the Wheel Room(or should I call it the Pit of Despair) has the wheel blocking the bottom door of the Cave of Sighs. The players always wasted time climbing up the ledge in the Cave and climbing down the ladder in the Wheel Room. In Season 2, the Rcok Quarry-Ledges bottom door was extremely actuve. Does anyone think that a player would have saved time if the wheel was further awy so that players could use the bottom door?

The Treasure Room / Legends of the Hidden Temple: Wild Jungle Edition
« on: January 15, 2007, 11:12:06 PM »
Hi guys, I'm sure you've all heard of the Ancient Warrior's Legends: The Rediscovery project. I am trying to start my own called Legends of the Hidden Temple: Wild Jungle Edition. It will be the normal rules except the set looks like a huge jungle and all the temple rooms are animal-based(eg The Shrine of the Silver Monkey). I am keeping the Shrine and for the Pit room I am still thinking but there are still ten other rooms. If you like the idea, I'll tell you more later on....

The Heart Room / The Wheel Room???
« on: January 07, 2007, 02:21:28 AM »
In some layouts Olmec calls the room in the Pit area from S1. L5-9 the Wheel Room. In others(Robinhood and Marian's Ladder, Treasure Map of Jean Laffite)he calls it the Pit of Despair. What is the real name?

The Heart Room / The Most Useless Room of the Temple
« on: January 07, 2007, 02:07:22 AM »
What is the most useless room in the temple, in your opinion?

In the The Useless Map of the Chibcha Cheiftan, when the front runner knocks over the coloumn in the pit the King's Store Room door opens. THe frontrunner wanted to go up there but instead she went into the tomb. If she had gone up into the Storeroom she would'nt run into the Tomb guard would she? And if she took the Ledges she would only get one guard right? Does anyone have anything to say? :?:

The Treasure Room / John Cabot and the Mathew's Sail
« on: January 06, 2007, 04:52:46 AM »
(the camera zooms in on an ancient lush jungle, the palms are moving away as an elephant is heard. all the palms are gone, showing Olmec)

Olmec: Legends of the Hidden Temple.

(The camera shifts to the temple and its rooms)

Olmec: With your guide, Kirk Fogg! And here he is now.

(The Pit door opens and Kirk jumps out and walks on stage)

Kirk: Thank you, thank you! It's nice to see you! Thank you, Olmec. Welcome to the Hidden Temple. The rooms are filled with lots of treasures that are protected by mysterious Mayan Temple Guards. Only Olmec knows the legend behind each of the treasures in his temple. Which one are we going to hear about today?

Olmec: The Legend of John Cabot and the Mathew's Sail.

Kirk: One of these six teams will have the chance to retrieve the Sail. Will it be The Red Jaguars? The Blue Barracudas? The Green Monkeys? The Orange Iguanas? The Purple Parrots? Or the Silver Snakes? They?re going to have to pass some tough mental and physical tests, and in the end, only one team will have the right to enter Olmec?s temple, but first they have to cross the moat, and Olmec will tell us how they?ll have to do it today.

Olmec: Before you hangs a vine. When Kirk gives the signal, the first player will swing and go to the nets. Once they are on the nets, they climb up, drop down and wade to shore. Then the partner does the same. If a person falls into the moat, then they must start from the beginning. Once the second player is on the other side, they must run over and hit the gong. (Kirk hits the Silver Snakes' gong). The first four teams to hit their gong will go on to the next round.

Kirk: Teams, are you ready?

Teams: Yeah!

Kirk: Olmec, are you ready?!

Olmec: Let's get rocking!

Kirk: On your mark? get set? GO!!!!!

(Event occurs)

Kirk: We have our four teams.  Going on to the Steps of Knowledge are the Purple Parrots! The Orange Iguanas! The Green Monkeys! And the Blue Barracudas! Red Jaguars and Silver Snakes did a great job. We got a nice gift for them, and here's what it is.

(Prizes are announced)
