Meh, both forgettable unimpressive episodes. I wouldn't have missed either episode if they got paired up differently and never advanced.

[The Red Jaguars]

Yeah, both episodes are utterly forgetful and have tough layouts. Belshazzar was literally the first episode ever taped and was very quirky. Plus, Sean and Katherine got shafted with a layout riddled with dead ends. I can give this episode a free pass at least for the quirkiness. Henry Hudson was an average episode too that had a very strong Purple Parrots team and another tough layout. This vote was kind of easy for me, but I will wait until the poll is up to reveal what I chose.

Since I am going to be gone for most of the evening, I am going to reveal my vote now. I chose Henry Hudson for this match. It was very forgettable and average, but it was little more interesting than Belshazzar. I remember the crazy artifact and legend, the Purple Parrots dominating the temple run, and Derek's awkward dropping of the Silver Monkey torso. Belshazzar is in no way a bad episode by any means, but it does not feel like an episode that deserves to move on either...

But yeah, I voted for Henry Hudson, for same reasons as TRJ. It deserves to move on way more than Belshazzar.

The winner is
THE UPSIDE DOWN COMPASS OF HENRY HUDSON
This was also unexpected. I picked Belshazzar because I remembered it more than Henry Hudson. The 17 hour episode, the postponed run, and the confusing layout were memorable. Upside Down Compass best memory was Derek dropping the monkey at the end.

I expected Henry Hudson to win honestly. And Belshazzar took 18 hours to film.

Yeah, I figured that Henry Hudson would win too. I don't find Belshazzar bad in any way, but at the same time it doesn't really belong in the next round with the other set of episodes. Too bad it was thee unfortunate episode to be the first episode ever made. Katherine and Sean got a pretty raw deal with their temple run. But I found Henry Hudson a little better quality episode, even if it is uneventful itself.
