Best Legends Win - Day Fifteen: "Sforza" vs. "Freydis"

Welcome to the Legends of the Hidden Temple "Best Legends win" tournament. In this tournament, we are trying to figure out the best win in the history of Legends. Every day I will hold a series of different matchups that will feature two wins on the show. Your job is to pick what episode you believe is the better of the two. After 24 hours. the episode with the most vote will proceed onto the next round.

"The Metal Beard of the Egyptian Queen" beat "The Belly Button of Buddha" 5-2 in the previous matchup. That means "Egyptian Queen" will advance onto the next round.

RULES:
- Each matchup will be open for a total of 24 hours. Once that window of time is up, the winner of the poll will be revealed.
- You are allowed to change your vote anytime during the 24 hour window. But the last vote before time is up is the one that will be final.
- All you have to simply do is select which of the two wins that you feel deserves to progress longer.
- You don't have to reveal your vote to the public, that is only optional. Your vote will be confidential until the 24 hour time frame is up.

"THE JEWELED SCABBARD OF SFORZA"

"THE MILK BUCKET OF FREYDIS"

Really, I never saw why "The Jeweled Scabbard of Sforza" receives so much love. Lacey and Asher were enthusiastic contestants and everything, and they also did a fine job in the temple, but this win never grabbed me. The win always felt like it was given to them on a silver platter. Not to say that they didn't earn it, but I never felt the love that people gave to it.

On the other hand, "The Milk Bucket of Freydis" is a nail biter win and one of the best solo wins on the show. Tarrah was one of the few contestants that I can forgive for being slow. Actually, its not that she was a slow runner, it was more like she had trouble completing some of the temple rooms due to her short stature. She still made it to the Milk Bucket with 30 seconds remaining. Sure, she made a costly detour into the Secret Password but I can forgive it for her amazing effort at the end of the run. When she face planted in the Pit, I was impressed that she was able to get back up AND bring that huge artifact out of the temple despite the fact that she took that nasty hit. She was a true champ in her win and I can overlooked some of her mistakes for the good effort she put up. So this win gets my vote.

I actually happen to like both wins, but I liked Freydis better. For the nailbiter ending and what a trooper Tarrah was throughout the run. Sforza was good too, and I liked Lacey and Asher's enthusiasm, but I found the layout to be way too easy. Plus, the win was totally fixed due to it being the final filming day. Still a pretty good run though.

Really, tomorrow's matchup is pretty sucky and we are going to have one undeserving win to move on. Although I already know which one I will vote for.

Yes, that entire production day felt fixed to me also. Even "Empress Eugenie" had an easy layout and that run was pissed away due to Janeen. If there is one thing I like about "Sforza" it was Lacey and Asher's enthusiasm. I have to admit that their route wasn't too easy looking back now since it the most time consuming rooms of season three. And they did a good job with the central shaft trek. But the run just never grabbed me.

Wow, tomorrow's picks are completely uninspiring. Like TRJ, I know who I'll vote for. Also, I can't believe we're almost over with the whole voting thing, at least with Round 1. Even though we still got a ways to go, it seems like we just started this.

"Freydis" for me as well. It just stands out more than "Sforza", plus Asher & Lacey seemed pretty lucky with the path they got.
