Alright, I finished the rest of the temple game stats for you. By the looks of it, Red/Green has the highest average of 6.89, and Red/Purple has the lowest average of 5.03. Maybe later tonight or sometime this week I'll get started on the SOK color combination stats. Feel free to let me know if I got any averages wrong.

I completely forgot about finishing this! Thank you very much for taking care of this. I know it was a lot of work to do, but I really do appreciate it. I am surprised though by the highest and lowest ranked. I thought Green-Silver would rank the highest for having so many great wins and episodes. But runs like William Tell and Robert the Bruce hurt their averages. I also didn't expect Red-Purple to be the lowest either. I thought Blue-Orange would be thanks to the lack of episodes and how average they were. Or Red-Silver too, but that one has Bandit Queen and Sultan Saladin to hold it up. These were fun to look at, and Red-Green totally deserves being the best for having two solid wins.   

And I support the SoK combinations too. I would definitely help you out with that one too. I feel that the Belshazzar/Lucky Medallion SoK would be the highest ranking one.

You're welcome. And yeah, I thought for sure Green/Silver would rank the highest. But lackluster episodes like Dried Apple Half and Golden Spider Web (coincidentally both collaboration ones) really dragged it down. Green/Purple ranked the second highest, but then the dreaded Xerxes brought that average down a little. I'm actually not surprised that Red/Purple ranked the lowest, since A LOT of the episodes from that pair were terrible. Though I thought Blue/Orange or Orange/Silver would rank the worst. I was pleasantly surprised with the average Orange/Silver got. As for Red/Silver, I figured that would rank in the middle. And you're right too, episodes like Bandit Queen and Sultan Saladin really helped that particular average. Red/Green definitely deserves to rank the highest. I mean, just look at some of those episodes. They're all memorable and/or legendary in their own way.

I'll start the SOK combination sometime later this week or this weekend. I also think Red-Blue-Orange-Purple is gonna rank the highest. Just like with Red/Green, that SOK pair had some of the most legendary episodes ever! And I can't wait to see what average that comes up with.

I always forget about Orange-Silver also. That has to be the most forgettable combo, even moreso than Blue-Orange. Henry Morgan saves that combo though, and episodes like Useless Map and Snake Bracelet also got reasonable scores. But yeah, I am looking forward to doing the SoK rankings. I might even do some tonight.

Predictably, Red-Blue-Orange-Purple is ranking the highest so far. And 3/5 were rewritten ones too. We've actually covered a bunch of rewritten episodes listed so far on this chart too. Of course, this particular set of stats is under major construction, with many more to come. And I'll add this to the OP as well. Feel free to let me know if I got any averages wrong.

Looks good so far! I am not surprised that Red-Blue-Orange-Purple ranks the highest either. 4/5 of those episodes featured a 7+ score, and Belshazzar was not a bad episode at all. I expect that one to rank the highest. Or maybe the one with Levitating Dog Leash and Priceless Portrait? Since that had some great episodes too despite the low selection.

The worst one is going to be the Golden Cricket Cage one I bet.

I think either Red-Blue-Orange-Silver or Red-Orange-Purple-Silver are gonna rank the worst. Since those two pairs had Blackbeard and Alhambra for the former, and John Henry for the latter. I definitely expect Blue-Orange-Purple-Silver to rank pretty high too.
