Everything looks perfect to me with all the details you added. I gave you credit for the areas where you added content to the review, and I liked how you bold the changes you made. I really appreciated that.

I also agree with the scores you gave the other round. I gave one extra point to the Steps of Knowledge just because there were no wrong answers and for all the teams answered a question correctly. Other than that, I think we nailed the score perfectly for this episode.
So for our first episode review we worked together, Nate and Lissy from Boadicea are in the spotlight.
THE ROYAL TORQUE OF QUEEN BOADICEA
MOAT: 7/10
In this moat, the six teams had to cross by sliding on their bellies across a slippery footpath. Once they reach the other side, they had to grab onto the rope at the end of the path and pull themselves across. If they do not reach the rope or if any part of their body touches the water, they had to go back and repeat the process again. The first four teams to cross successfully will get a chance to move onto the Steps of Knowledge. This was a creative idea for a moat, and it looked pretty fun to participate in also. It also wasn't easy or complex in any way. Unfortunately, this was the type of moat where it took the last team a while to cross successfully. In this case, it took the Green Monkeys and extra minute or two to reach the other side. It was still a creative moat though with little flaws.
LEGEND: 8/10
(Credits to "Purple Parrots Fan" for her contribution to this section)
This legend centered around Boadicea, who was queen of the Iceni. At that period of time, the Iceni were ruled by Suetonius, a harsh governor. One day, Boadicea became fed up with the governor, so she gathered the Iceni together and put on her torque. They decided that they wanted to fight back with the Romans. Everyone cheered and the marched all the way towards London. By the time that they got there, they had a huge army that drove away the Romans. It was at that time that Boadicea became queen of the Britons, but the royal torque was ripped away from her during the battle. The torque eventually made its way to the temple. This was a very interesting legend. I liked how it gave some background about Boadicea, and it actually talked about how she became queen. Even the torque was spoken about at some points, albeit briefly.
STEPS OF KNOWLEDGE: 7/10
(Credits to "Purple Parrots Fan" for her contribution to this section)
The Steps of Knowledge were an average round. The Green Monkeys finished first, and the Red Jaguars followed suit not long after, finishing second. This round for the most part was uneventful, with no wrong answers given out. Each team managed to get at least one question right, but nothing else stood out.
TEMPLE GAMES: 6/10
For the second time on this production day, the temple games featured a matchup between the
Red Jaguars and
Green Monkeys. The
Red Jaguars featured
Lissy, who wanted to be a film writer and ran cross country, and her partner
Nate, who was into soccer and Language Arts. The
Green Monkeys featured
Jeannie, who wanted to be a pro-golfer and her favorite subject was math, and her partner
Chris wanted to be an Olympic swimmer and is also into math. The temple games were your typical Season 3 temple games, especially the giant spinning Olmec and boulder catching game. The Green Monkeys were a lousy team during this temple games round. The Red Jaguars were obviously the better team in all three games. Due to the lack of competition, and one sidedness, this round receives a lower score than what it deserves.
Temple Game #1 - Destroying London
In the first temple game, Nate and Chris both had four towers behind their team line. The objective of this temple game was for each guy to protect their four towers from being knocked over by their opponent. To knock over the tower, the players must use the giant boulders that are on the playing field. While trying to knock down their opponents' towers, each player also had to protect their towers from getting knocked down. The player with the most towers remaining after 60 seconds will win. Nate proved to be the stronger player during this temple game and knocked over two of Chris' towers. The Red Jaguars earn the first half-pendant for the team.
Temple Game #2 - March into London
In the second temple game, Lissy and Jeannie had to spin a giant wheel in a clockwise pattern. Once they make one full rotation, then they will earn 1 point. They had to be careful and try to stay on the giant wheel or else they will fall off. The first player to make the most rotations after 60 seconds will win. Lissy moved slow in this temple game, but she never fell off once and made 10 rotations. Jeannie moved faster, but she kept falling off herself. With Lissy's moving slow technique, the Red Jaguars won with a score of 10-8, giving them a 1-0 lead before the final temple game.
Temple Game #3 - Reinforce the City Walls
In the final temple game, one player on the team had to run out and grab a boulder and throw it over their head so their partner could catch it. Their partner then had to grab the boulder and place it into their team bin when they were done. The players had to coordinate themselves when grabbing and picking up a boulder. If they moved too early or late, then they could mess up the other player's task. The team that collects the most boulders after 60 seconds will win. The Green Monkeys SUCKED during this temple game. Their coordination was way off and Chris kept pulling Jeannie back as she tried to grab one of the boulders. The Red Jaguars worked together well and collected 4 boulders. The Red Jaguars swept the temple games 2-0 in the end, and earned a trip to Olmec's temple.
TEMPLE RUN: 7.5/10

Nate and Lissy were probably the closest team to getting an artifact out of the temple from the bottom of the central shaft room space. Even though they came really close, it should've been a win though. Lissy was a little hesitant for a frontrunner. In the Crypt, where she met her first temple guard, she stalled a little bit when trying to pull the correct book. In the Pit of the Pendulum, she wasted some time trying to climb out of the Pit of the Pendulum. The only door that opened for them was the Chamber of the Sacred Markers. After completing the Chamber objective, she is taken out by a temple guard behind the door leading to the King's Storeroom with 2:00 minutes left on the clock. Luckily, Nate was a solid second runner and really hauled ass to complete the rooms enroute to the Tomb of the Headless Kings. He had some bad luck in some rooms like the King's Storeroom where it was the third key in the pot and the third pedestal that opened the door. In the Shrine, he met a temple guard that was right in his face and almost caused him to drop his piece of the Silver Monkey. After cleverly taking the Shrine-Dark Forest passage, he was very close to the Royal Torque. He had more bad luck in the Jester's Court though when he attempted to go to the middle painting first, but tried the very dark corner painting. Nate manages to grab the Royal Torque though with 15 seconds, and even climbs up into the Chamber in hopes of taking the high path out of the temple. Even Kirk commented on how brilliant his strategy was. Unfortunately, Nate simply did not have enough time to bring the Royal Torque out of the temple. The picture above with him looking disappointed in the Pit of the Pendulum portrays how all of these runs on the show turned out.
This was a good Red Jaguars team in the temple, and one of their very few good temple appearances. This team would've been successful if Lissy was more fast in certain rooms of the temple. 3 minutes is not enough time to hesitate and take your sweet time in every room. Other than that, this temple run was very exciting and came down to the wire. Lissy and Nate almost pulled it off, but it was still a very exciting and memorable experience in the end.
FINAL VERDICT: 7.1/10
(Credits to "Purple Parrots Fan" for her contribution to this section)
Overall, Royal Torque was one of the better Season 3 episodes, and better Red Jaguars episode altogether. The legend was the high point of this episode, as it went into great detail about Boadicea and the battles she fought. On the other hand, the temple games were a bit one sided. It was pretty obvious the Red Jaguars were gonna sweep the temple games all along. The temple run was exciting too, and a nailbiter at the end when Nate grabs the Royal Torque with time ticking down. No team has EVER been successful at bringing out a bottom central shaft artifact out of the temple. But this team came the closest. However, it probably would've helped if Lissy had moved faster in her short time in the temple. If she had picked up the speed a little bit more, this team probably would've been more successful at winning. Despite that, it is certainly an immense improvement over "The Smashed Printing Plate of Frederick Douglass," another Red Jaguars bottom central shaft temple run. All in all, I recommend this episode to anyone.
