Analysis: Pretty much a meh matchup. Wild Bill Hickok has some positive moments and some eh moments. This episode is famous for the "Colonel Sanders" answer and the groin shot in the third temple game.  The run was  :?. I don't know what the producers were thinking, but I believe that Josh & Sara should've got a second chance with the confusing layout.
Bent Shaving Pan was an average episode and the competive temple games and Irish's capture one room away were some highlights. A majority of the Legends fan base (I myself included) find this episode forgettable. Still that nasty one room guard. Oh and Brian was a little on the slow side.

Not an interesting matchup here

Let's see, one is an episode I never felt sorry for, and the other is the typical early episode quirks. Both are way too forgettable. I'll keep my vote anonymous here too. I also like how both episodes have Red-Green-Orange-Silver steps, Green/Orange temple games with Orange winning. :P

I am not going to hide my vote this time. I voted for "Wild Bill Hickok" as my vote. While the episode was forgettable and quirky, it is still ten times more eventful than "Bent Shaving Pan". The Steps of Knowledge had the "Colonel Sanders" line, the temple games had the "aim a little higher" line, and the temple run had the bizarre layout. Sarah and Josh were shafted too and deserved a second chance, easily. I can forgive the quirkiness in this episode too. After all, it was the third episode to air.

I never cared for "Bent Shaving Pan" since day one. Everything about it is boring and mediocre. I remember nothing about it, except maybe the tiebreaker. The temple run is kind of overrated too, and I don't feel sorry for Irish one bit. She moved way too slow, eve after taking a shortcut. You should NOT be finishing one room away from the artifact with 30 seconds on the clock. Brian was a lost cause too and he deserves to be maligned.

I second everything TRJ said 100%. Though Colonel Sanders layout? What the heck is that? ;)

*Line, not layout. I really hope LOTHT never had a legend dedicated to Colonel Sanders.  :P

The winner is

WILD BILL HICKOK & THE DEAD MAN'S HAND

I kinda expected this, however I voted for Bent Shaving Pan. This was very hard to decide.

I voted for Dead Man's Hand. Bent Shaving Pan is too forgettable and boring to me.

Good, I am glad that "Dead Man's Hand" won too. It was one of the very few episodes that I can forgive for being a little flawed. Even then, that episode is no where near being bad at all. It was just a little too boring and quirky, which can be expected since it was the third episode on the show. I hate "Bent Shaving Pan" on the other hand and it was so forgetabble and boring. Now that is an episode that I find to be overrated.

Damn straight. How anyone can fawn over such a forgettable contestant for no reason, is beyond me. Dead Man's hand TOTALLY deserved to win.

DMH got my vote too. It was actually hard for me to decide, but Colonel Sanders won me over.
